I recommend this hotel to get away for few days and relax with your loved ones specially in christmas/ new year which is decorated beautifully with lights! Some rooms have a nice view of mountain, and if you ski it is super close to bromont ski resort, and if you enjoy hot tub there are some with nice mountain views as well in the hotel, so you can end your day very relaxing. The food in the hotel is decent too, however because of COVID the room service works only like other hotels, but the only thing we didn t like it was their information about around the hotel like open restaurants, dog sitter was not updated which it should be in a nice hotel like that! We had a dog but at reservation time and payment they didn t tell us you can not leave your dog alone in the room until we arrived there and on checkin time they mentioned it . we didn t plan for it , so we lost time to find a dog-sitter to be able to go skiing.

The hotel is clean, the service is good, and breakfast was ok....but...

- When taking a shower, my wife flushed the toilet, and the shower had no pressure for two minutes. It reminded me of a hotel in Cuba..
- The walls are thin, so you hear everything.
- The mattress is uncomfortable, and the pillows are terrible.

I would not go back, unless I really had no other option.

The place was nice, clean. Small problem in room that we could not ventilate the room. Because the heater workeds, could not start the fan too, so we can receice some fresh air in room. So no ventilation during the 2 nights. Another small issue the omelette for breakfast was uncooked, and the cook was upset that we asked to cook it better, he said that was the cheese, but the eggs were not cooked. At the and was solved. On top of all this, is a good place to stay.

Nice place. Thermal pools, jacuzzi on a terrace, one inside pool, gym, varied breakfast included, beautiful mountain view, kind service. The only weak spots were room isolation, I could hear our noisy neighbors, and mattresses were not so comfortable. Otherwise perfect for a couple romantic scape.

Good service overall, but very dated hotel and decor. Very overpriced for what it is but nonetheless very conveniently located right next to Bromont ski hill.

Junior King Suite was quaint though rather outdated and lacking in finesse. Fireplace a nice touch however sofa/room arrangement made such that it was hard to appreciate it. Outdated bathroom and leaking bathtub sprayer.

Paper thin walls meant we could hear every neighbour speaking in ajoining rooms. We could also hear a dog barking for a good part of one day.

Amazing hotel good staff pool is a great temperature, the rooms are amazing. There are a lot of trails near by that you could hike. The rooms come with this stash of snacks that are overpriced that are in plain sight, tempting for children ex. Kitkat $3 and small Eska water bottle $3.

Nice and clean in a beautiful setting with the mountain right next to you. Service is excellent. Rooms are renovated. Indoor and outdoor pools with several jacuzzis. Small gym for those who feel they need to. Food at the restaurant and bistro is excellent. Tons of activities around the site. Mountain bike trails right at the door. Water slides not far away at the mountain in summer. I highly recommend for a nice little weekend getaway.
