Big fan! Great partner, great builder, great people, always willing to help their client and work with their subs to create a positive work environment
Great values. Great people. Beyond extraordinary work and final products!
I am a tenant in Mesa Artspace Lofts. We are over a year old and still fighting for WARRANTY ISSUES. They give management 48 hour notices for us, then do not show up. When they do, they half finish a job. Presently it is the second week waiting, house put away and open for the workmen. Same thing happened last Tuesday. After the initial repairs, which were two days late, they said it would be ANOTHER week for painting. This is the end of the second week. They are thoughtless, sloppy and if they had done the work properly when the building was built, we would not having problems perpetually re-repaired. I do not understand how any business can run with so little pride and follow through. IT COULD BE SO NICE, but their attitude is terrible to tenants. One of the original workers lied to my FACE during my walk through, that a bad plaster job was NOT their problem. The Lofts are live/work housing for creative people. I am an oil painter and when I put my studio away for repairs, I am not only not productive, it is costing me time on commissions. They tell us we do not have to be in the apartment for the repairs, but when it is your home AND office, you MUST shut everything down. Chasse is terrible.

This is an update. Because of this posting I have spoken with the team and they are aware of an awful lot of problems. They have expressed their desire to make it right and I believe them. I plan on updating this within a few weeks and let you know if they kept their word!
Beware...still waiting on payment from a job we did for Chasse 24 month ago...
