The owner, Kevin, refuses to pay $3000 for a load that we transported for them from Wisconsin to Massachusetts. They hired a fraudulent broker that sent us a check without coverage and then conveniently went bankrupt. Chase Plastics never paid the said broker and now refuses to pay us, the actual carrier. We have the BOLs and paperwork to prove this yet they hide behind their attorneys. Bad people, bad business and absolutely no ETHICS. Really disgusting.
