Never been given correct login info about the patient portal. Cant ever get in touch with someone in my doctors office for personal questions over the phone. Never given enough refills on my prescriptions, which results in me not being able to pick them up for weeks at a time. I don t walk out feeling like a patient i feel like a another customer in the medical business.
That doctor building is amazing. It's like a one stop shop. Amazing people. I've never had any problems.

While can be busy at times, all of the services have gone out of their way to make sure any of my needs have been met. Being able to go to one location for lab work, medical, and social work has been wonderful. I have challenges and anxiety when I leave the house so when I do its overwhelming. They have always taken care of my needs.
They mistakenly told my partner he had Hep C and his liver was failing, then reached out and said it was a mistake. A nurse nearly injected him with way too high of a dose of medication, which she realized right before injecting and told him that if she had actually injected him, he might have died. The pharmacy staff never pick up the phone so good luck getting any help whatsoever if they don't fill your prescriptions on time (which happens very frequently). Don't go here if you need a reliable place to pick up your medication.

Helpful staff, best and most patient-convenient transgender health care in the Baltimore area overall. It also feels like one of the safest institutions to be trans in (basically im not 100%on edge walking in the door). They offer gender-affirming services as well.
As a trans patient my experience here has been top notch. Respectful staff and an abundance of resources upon request. Definitely recommend to any trans people in the area
