I recently had the opportunity to work with a fire systems company for some maintenance services, and I chose Charter Fire Systems Inc. Their website, charterfire.com, provided a good overview of their services. The technicians arrived on time and were polite throughout the process. They seemed knowledgeable and worked efficiently. However, I expected a bit more attention to detail from them. There were a few minor oversights that I had to point out and have them rectify.
