The determination, spirit, and energy they displayed throughout the MSABC season was amazing to see. I would highly recommend Charron Medical Services!

Updated post: I just finished a run in the Therasport compression sock from Charron Medical. I loved it. The foot portion had all the support and cushion of a running sock while the gradient compression in the leg helped with blood flow and recovery. I like arch support in my running socks and these have a nice band around the foot for that.

The compression socks from Charron Medical are the best I have worn. The toe part is roomy and doesn't squish my toes. They are easy to put on and the compression is like a hug for my calves and foot arches. I wear them with slacks to work everyday.

I unreservedly give five stars to Charron Medical for its service and professionalism. I bought a recliner/lift chair there 12 years ago and ran into a problem with the electric control. Not only did a service person come out the same day (not always possible, I understand), Brian knew exactly what the problem was. I saw how he removed the control at an accessible point, and listened to his extensive knowledge about the chair's operations. He knows the products so well.

I greatly appreciated his advice on the use of batteries during power failures. Nothing had ever worked for me. You have to have batteries already installed BEFORE the power goes out. The batteries are capable of only once righting the chair so the leg rest is down and you can get up from it. That allows sitting in it, but disallows repeated use of the control until the power comes back on. The rate of movement is also very slow. One use of the battery drains it completely.
Who knew? It's that kind of vital knowledge a customer needs.

Brian also screwed in a hook in a table near the chair to allow the storage of a heating pad within its reach --- a much appreciated convenience for which I thanked him.

Being near Christmas right now, here is a story to warm hearts. As an offhanded aside, Brian mentioned he once encountered an elderly customer during a stifling heat wave. He asked the woman if she had any A/C available. She said she had a unit but no one available to install it (presumably without charge). Brian installed it for her, and agreed to come back when it was time to remove it from the window. The woman cried with gratitude and relief. Such compassion in such an unusual circumstance deserves to be publicly recognized.

I purchased a manual wheelchair for my dad. The staff is extremely helpful and the curbside pick up is a great option. They went above and beyond in making me a happy customer. They work great as a team. Thank you.

After my mom moved in with us we needed to have a stair lift installed. We contacted Charron Medical and Michael came out and gave us an affordable quote and spent some quality time with us explaining the benefits and features of the Xclusive Stair Lift. When we contacted Charron Medical to have the lift installed a convenient appointment was set up and Brian came and did a wonderful job installing the lift and even spent some quality time with us explaining the lifts operation. Mom "test drove" it while Brian explained its operation and did not leave until he was certain we knew how to operate the stair lift properly. Both Michael and Brian were a real pleasure to work with. They come very highly recommended. Thank you.

Charon Medical is a great place to shop if you are looking for medical supplies you cannot find any where else. They have a great selection of products to chose from. I would recommend anyone in need of medical supplies to see them first.

I wanted to buy locally, and it took a few rounds of phone/fax tag for my provider in another city to convey my order for a particular post-surgical item to Charron Medical, but they were super kind and friendly every time I called to check on it, and when I came into the store for the purchase, they not only had the item in stock, but Karrie was very friendly and helpful in assisting me in choosing the best style for my situation. Very impressed, very pleased with the service! :-D

I visited Charron Medical in Nashua to purchase a scooter after it being recommended by a friend. The staff was extremely helpful with phenomenal customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. 10/10

I called around to most of the service companies local to Nashua. Charron is nearly 50% cheaper than the next option to get in the door. They might even waive the fee if they have to come back another day.

I have been shopping at Charron Medical supply for many years,going on 16! I have bought various different items from lift chairs , wheelchairs, walkers to and simple items like cast boots. Every time my experience has been extraordinary. The staff are kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the items they sell and the billing process.In a time when shopping online or in stores can be a nightmare due to various factors, it's comforting to know I can call or go to Charron Medical in Nashua and I will get the service,respect and items our family needs when we need them. They were polite and took the time to help me without assuming the sale. Something that I appreciate. The woman assisting me truly took the time to help me. I went in for circaid wraps and they were able to order them and took the time to see if they could possibly bill insurance. I have health issues and usually buy medical supplies on Amazon. I'm shopping local now on. They were really helpful.

I was referred to them by my doctor, for some crutches, I was unable to use them. I tried to return them, brand new, and was adamantly told that they could not be returned as per their policy, of which I was not aware. It must have been written in fine print, and the salesperson never even mentioned it. I believe it should be the SOP of a place of business to let a customer know, before-hand, what their return policy is. I was also given the runaround, time and time again. I was shafted by those people. Buyer Beware.

I needed a chair lift reinstalled and serviced. I had spoken with several companies and then met Mike George from Charron. He came to the location, took the critical components back to his shop, serviced and inspected and then brought everything back and installed. Other companies told me I was wasting my time but Charron went the extra mile and got everything done . They didn't take advantage of me and the price was well below what I expected to pay. My wife and I are new in business and Mike helped us out tremendously. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Charron in the future and have strongly recommended them to many people.

After fracturing my tibial plateau, I found navigating the fourteen stairs to my outside door to be a frightful and dangerous activity. A google search for rental stairlifts led me to Charron Medical. I took a chance and made a call, and I'm SO happy I did. The office staff was courteous and professional, and Brian (the installer) was personal, professional, and thorough. The unit itself is solid and safe, and works like a charm. My surgery is a few days away, and I am no longer fearful leaving my house for my surgery and doctor's appointments, or to let my dog out or simply to catch a breath of fresh air.
