Lady on the phone is always rude and seems to hate her job.. besides that the food is pretty good.

I had the Corned Beef and Cabbage meal. Absolutely Delicious! Beef was melt in your mouth tender with a fabulous creamy horseradish. Service was fast and great!

My favorite place for BBQ brisket. And that huge pork steak is amazing. Bring your appetite!

Foods great. Owners are great. Staff is great.
The pecan pie is amazing, and the pulled pork is to die for.

Been going here since i was a kid! The old location that was near the Lowes store, I lived a few blocks away 30 years ago, would ride my bike to get a large portion of the fries and wind up at the ball park just a block away to catch a few baseball games at least 2x a week. The fries are always my to go to with the bbq sauce. Dont order them thru Doordash becuase when they arrive you get them cold and just doesnt taste the same as freshly out of the fryer with the delicious seasoning

Never a bad meal. Love the pork steaks. They are sooooo big, juicy and tasty. Pulled pork is delicious

Ate here(not in this location) almost 30 years ago and found it again today. The spare ribs were incredible! I would highly recommend visiting and trying the ribs of you are in the area.

Been a customer of Charlottes Rib for nearly 40 years. Although they have moved locations the food is just the same - excellent. This is a hidden BBQ secret if you are not familiar with this restaurant. They employees are family and you will certainly get to recognize them every time they are in. My favorite is their sliced beef brisket. Keep up the good work!

There are lots of bbq places in Ballwin/Manchester and this is pretty much equal to all of them - some menu items better than average, some below. However, the reason for losing stars is because of the massive disparity in pricing in the store vs online order for pickup at the restaurant. The Pick 3 dinner is $16.99 in the store but yet they charge $21.50 through their website online ordering for takeout. Pulled Pork plate is $11.99 in store but $13.75 through their online ordering store. It's like that for everything so we ended up paying +$10 just because we placed the order online and picked it up in the store vs calling the restaurant and picking it up in the store. Extremely deceptive pricing and a massive disservice to their customers that get tricked. Due to COVID, we've placed takeout orders across dozens of restaurants in the last year and online pricing has always matched in store pricing. We're not talking about extra service/delivery fees, these are pure price differences in the item price.
