Been trying to contact the office for a week to get my insulin. Finally get a hold of a nurse and she says no one has tried contacting them and I would have to come and be seen. If I remember correctly in this age of technology we actually have proof of calling somewhere. How did this dense individual pass nursing school.

If I could give them no stars I would. Most of the staff, I will not say all but most, are rude people who hate to do their job. I asked a simple question to a worker who acted like she could not be bothered with it, even though she was just on her phone playing a game, and she leaned over to her coworker and muttered something about me like I could not hear. Will not return and will be filing another complaint later with the manager.

This office is a joke. I was in need of a refill on my blood pressure medicine. I called the office repeatedly and COULD NOT EVEN GET A CALL BACK IN 5 DAYS. I left 2 messages everyday from Monday until Friday and still nothing. I went all week without my meds. I had to call the pharmacy to get an emergency supply just for the weekend. So, here comes the even worse part. Monday rolls around and of course Still not a call back, so i had to call them again for the 12th call in 6 days LITERALLY and FINALLY got an answer. Then i am informed that the PA i was seeing was no longer there (even tho her name is still on their voicemail) and that i would have to come in and make a new patient appt with a different physician there in order to get my medicine. Again, another 3 weeks before they could even get me the appt and will not send me ANYTHING AT ALL to the pharmacy in the mean time . I was told to the urgent care and they might give me some blood pressure meds .. Im sorry but not everyone has 100 dollars to go to an urgent care to get their own blood pressure medication when theyve already been established patient somewhere and have been getting rx filled for 5 years through them . I asked the receptionist if anyone there cared if i had a heartache or stroke and her response was , maam go to the urgent care. So evidently the amswer is NO. will never ever step foot in that poor excuse for a doctor's office again. If i could choose 0 stars i would.

My father in law has Copd and has been in and out of the hospital since December. He has only seen Dr. Roman once. We went a month without blood pressure meds. They gave him oxygen to use at home with his oxygen levels at 97 or better. He has been overusing it and now has what looks like burns on his cheeks and nose. The office was supposed to schedule an appointment with a neurologist and that was three weeks ago.

I took my husband to see Dr. Roman because he needed a new primary care physician. We were called back in a timely manner and upon meeting Dr. Roman he did not seem rushed as many doctors do and we both found him to be very personable and easy to talk to. He has been very thorough in his testing needed to provide baseline of my husbands general health. He is 66 years old, an advanced age to get a new doctor. Input conversation with him my husband mentioned to him that I have Multiple Sclerosis. He isn't even my doctor but when he found this out he was sincere when he offered to help us in any way that he could because of my illness. Any questions, counseling or referrals he said he would be glad to help. I found that to be endearing and compassionate. I'm thankful that my husband has found this doctor. He certainly won me over.
As for his staff I found the to be equally courteous and professional.
