Made a smooth purchase the other day with these guys (Joshua White & Gary Beckford). Saw a truck I liked on their website, called and set up an appointment with Salesman (Joshua White) the same day. Showed up @ around 11:20 am and Joshua already had the truck parked upfront and ready to go for the test drive. Joshua knew exactly what I wanted and he delivered. No haggle fair price and a great offer on my trade. Mr. Gary Beckford in the finance department took care of the financial logistics and was not pushy nor did he try to sell me anything that I did not want. In record time I walked out with a deal and the purchase process was complete. I will definitely be recommending these folks to family members and friends who looking for their next vehicle.

We've all heard those stories about car dealers...well our man Roland, he totally changed our perception! My husband had something very specific in mind of what he wanted. Roland was kind and patient and at the end found us that vehicle. The whole time we were there, and even when we came back to get our license plates, the team was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back to see Roland for our next purchase.
Had a great buying experience with Mario and got a great little car for my son s first vehicle. Will be back again as we have 2 more kids that will need vehicles eventually. . We live pretty far away, but Mario and the finance team did most of the paperwork remotely and we were in and the it in less than an hour. Very pleased.
Efrain and all of the staff at Charles Maund was great! They dealt with me trying to negotiate everything and gave me the most bang for my buck. Efrain was great to work with and helped answer all of my questions and never gave up trying to find exactly what I wanted. He was able to get me the car I have wanted for years and was able to get it for my price point! I had been to other dealerships and had no luck, but Efrain was able to pull it off!

Not arguing so much as other would. We spent half a day there because we had a hard time contacting our bank but it was our part to do and they were awesome with the hungry kids yelling around. They were compliant with our bank, we are french expat, aliens new to Texas without any credit score and we got a loan arranging both part. The car is on excellent condition beside a tiny scratch on the paint (our bad again, we didn't saw it as we came try it at night time...)
Buying a truck was never so easy. You can always expect to play some games when buying a car but Scott respectfully kept it to an entertaining minimum. He was honest, knowledgeable, followed up and stepped out of the role of a salesman and into the role of a consultant which is very pleasant, especially for my wife. Ruben Devito on the other hand was pretty abrasive and unaccommodating and didn't even formally introduce himself or his role in the dealership. He really just came in to say no to my wife and mess up Scotts deal. Honestly if it wasn't for Scott's upbeat demeanor and helpful nature, I would have driven to Dallas to pick up a truck we found for less. Thank you Scott
1. salesman was awesome, Calvin. 2. Sales Manager ( guy who decides price) negotiated a $500 military discount and asked if I would buy now with that discount, I said yes. He sent salesman back with $240 discount. Where I come from your word is your bond and when the person in charge of pricing says $500 and then 2 minutes later backs out, then its a scam tactic. Extremely unprofessional tactic by sales manager. After explaining all this to his boss, he offered $340 discount. 2 disabled veterans in your dealership with 3 combat tours, and you tell us no discounts the day before 9/11. 3. vehicle was advertised as 49 miles, after arriving find out its been siting out back, dirty and has 739 miles on it from dealer driving it as manager truck. no discount for that either. 4. after walking out of finance office, we waited and hour for the truck to be cleaned, fueled and tagged. I had to go in and ask if it was done as we had been waiting out front where the salesman left us. 3 hours total time and hour was waiting. UPDATE: Took 2 weeks to get a 2nd Key, as dealer does not have a accurate or timely process for authorizing the 3rd party locksmith to make the "We Owe" Key. Has been a month and still no new "We Owe" windshield replacement as original is defective.
