Chard International is an average company. The customer service is decent but nothing exceptional. The products are mediocre and lack innovation. I was expecting more but was left somewhat disappointed. Overall, an average experience.

Do not buy things from these people! I make surup in the spring, we boil the sap from maple and black walnut trees. I bough a stand cooker last year. The packing material said not to return it to the Menards where I bought it, after a couple days the regulator iced up and shut down, they do not want to replace it, I have called their customer service. Now this year I bought a new pan, 30 qt turkey cooker, it has such a dent in the side, I can't get the basket out of it. Once again, they said it's not their fault! Do not shop here
Just bought the 30 qt outdoor cooker "KIT". Doesnt tell you that it does NOT include the basket that goes inside the pot you cook the oil in nor does it tell you anywhere on the box that the new regulators require 2 aaa batteries. You would think they would tell you that if you actually want to fry something you have to buy a basket separate. Would definitely NOT reccomend this brand!!!
