Definitely five star. It was a perfect little wedding for me and my new husband, the staff made everything so easy they were so pleasant and caring and just made everything so easy for us. Got married here in August 2018. The chapels here are amazing. They are picture perfect. All the staff were really customer committed, from the coordinator, minister, photographer and behind the scenes people. They really do give you exactly what you want. Great location and value. And they also helped me with my reception party and cake. 5/5

I got married here! Excellent Chapel! Rachel was so helpful from the first day I walked in until I said I do. The glass Garden venue is absolutly amazingly gorgeous. It's indoor but gives you that outside feel. Photographers did an excellent job and Omg! My wedding Video is to die for!!! I would highly highly reccomend this chapel. There are many different venues within the chapel to choose from! From every style to every price. You wont be disappointed.

They made a beautiful wedding but kept hitting us with hidden fees. They charged us $77 for the first look fee which I ve never heard of, basically if I wanted to keep tradition and walk down the isle with out my husband seeing me first it s an extra $77. Oh and then there s the free 14 photos what they don t tell you is that one ones that include your family and friends are an additional $10 a picture if you want them. Even though it was a beautiful wedding I wouldn t go here to renew my vows in the future.

The experience was amazing. I would not have wanted anything different. Price was decent considering the cost of a traditional wedding. Everyone knows weddings and is very helpful. Walks you through everything and was perfect.

I didn't think that the service was going to be refined & dignified as it was. It wasn't tacky at all. Various suites are available for your ceremonies to take place. Vending machines if you might need a drink.

I was a guest at a wedding so don't know all the details. I do know there was a large, air conditioned tent to wait in before your event and plenty of parking for our group. Every thing seemed to be thought through and carried out efficiently. The justice of the peace or whatever the title of the man performing the ceremony gave instructions and explanations along the way. Also the photographer and assistants were very nice and very helpful.

Living in the Uk and trying to book a wedding in Vegas looked like a minefield at first, having been on several chat lines to different chapels I really liked the girls at The Chapel of Flowers, from 3 possible chapels to this one was easy, very transparent in cost and clearly interested in our day and not just the money,, everything was perfect ( i am fussy) limo on time, flowers were exquisite , minister was wonderful , music perfect, photographs captured every moment .... DO NOT THINK ABOUT USING ANYWHERE ELSE ,, get in touch with Vicki and she will look after you from beginning to end ........ If I lived in Vegas i would still select this family over anyone else so gone ahead and do it right ... you only get married in Vegas once .........................

Got married here in 2015 and I have to say this was the perfect venue. Hubby and I feel so grateful to have had the experience we had here. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and they helped me with any questions I had. For the fantastic service we received we would've expected a hefty price tag but paid less than 800 for the package we chose. The venues are all super classy, the bouquet options are beautiful, and the photographer was fantastic and captured great moments for us. As my husband is foreign and was unable to have his entire family and all his friends join it was amazing to have the option of streaming our wedding live online for anyone to see. I have absolutely no complaints about this place. So classy. Great memories . Highly recommended.

For being a Vegas Wedding it wasn t half bad. Really quick like drive through quick. But the ceremony was really nice. Unless you were there you would of guessed by the pictures that it was a conveyor belt wedding

Very beautiful venues to choose from. Absolutely stunning inside. I feel as if you are rushed when you are there. There turn around for weddings is way to much very hard to give every wedding party enough individual undivided attention.

We got married at The Chapel of the Flowers. I didn't really know what to expect having to plan everything over the phone and through e-mails. It was perfect! It turned out better than I could have imagined. The staff was very sweet. All my questions and concerns were answered. The pastor gave a beautiful ceremony. I spoke with him for only a short time before the ceremony started and was able to give us a very personalized christian service. The photographers were so much fun and delivered beautiful pictures! We were able to pick out and take home our pictures the next day. We had a very basic package and they made me feel like I had bought the most expensive. From the wedding planner to the limo drivers and everyone in between I had an awesome experience and recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful and charming! The most requested chapel in Las Vegas.

The hardware is good, but unfortunately the video is not in HD. I was disappointed when I opened it. Since the price of the selected package was not high, the photos were taken in a hurry and were pulled back to the hotel. The management of pipeline operations is in place.

We were married November 28th 2014 and everything was PERFECT! From the start of planning till the end of our ceremony everything was just as we wanted. The chapel grounds are beautiful and make for some wonderful photo opportunities with the amazing and talented photographers. We had a Lifestyle photographer as well and we just loved all of our photos so much we purchased all the digital images and rights in addition to our Gardenia package. Our minister Rev Robb G was so very genuine and personal and performed a very sweet and beautiful ceremony. We were so very pleased to have met this man. We highly recommend this chapel to any couple looking for beautiful experience. Thank you to all the staff... you were all great!

My husband and I eloped here, top notch service! There are about a million places you can get married in Vegas but the team here has their business down, they were very tasteful and treated us with care and were very personalized. Lovely manicured grounds. Would definitely recommend, I know I picked it because it was highly rated by users on Google and the public obviously knows what is good here.

Photography is a ripoff,dont ever get married there. unprofessional management, Very bad studio. Go somewhere else!!!

Got married here and it was amazing! The room we picked was the garden I believe and it looked better than I expected! I love looking at the pictures from that day over and over. Minus one hiccup I would recommend this place to any and everyone! Such a fun experience

We discovered on late afternoon, July 18,2014 My husband was officially divorced and we were free to get married. We decided to get married on July 28. I searched all evening for an affordable yet pretty chapel to get married in Las Vegas. When I came across Chapel of the Flowers. I knew it was right. I ordered everything and added up until the day of the wedding online. The Wedding Planner made certain my flowers, limo, and cake were what I wanted. My guests were very impressed and everyone commented that the grounds and chapel were not the seriotypical gaudy cheap looking wedding chapel they expected. We were happy with the cake design and flavor too.The photographers were wonderful. My only regret is that the photographer didn't suggest my wedding party take a photo together. Also, It turned out to be a good mistake but I'd ordered a marble cake and ended up with a nice white cake.
I would highly recommend Chapel of the Flowers to any one that would like a stress free all in one place Wedding Chapel. In fact since we got married we've met 3-4 couples who got married there and they all rave about it as much as us.

Got married here in 2006 and came back to renew our wedding vows in 2016. Both were lovely services and the attention to detail from the staff is second to none. I would recommend this wedding venue to those looking for a romantic and intimate venue.

The venue was great and the staff excellent. we had a lovely time and would definately recommend the Chapel of Flowers for your special day.

Glam Squad and all the other arrangements went so well. They take care of everything for you. Even with being short staffed with Covid, they did an amazing job. We were able to choose music on Spotify and sync it to their sound system. We had a stretch limo pick us up, and the Glam Squad picked me up in a black Cadillac Escalade. We did not have to stress about anything. It was a perfect day, we just had the 2 of us and our attendants. They had a photographer there to take pics and our wedding cake was ready afterward. They matched our color choices perfectly, and we had a candlelight service. A wonderful time!!!

Do not do a reception there, we had 1 waiter for a party of 20 he also had to work the main floor cause we had a private room I the bride had to clean off tables, no A.C. small room my dad didn't even sit at the table with us, they told me the would fix it after the fact but they never returned my calls... DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY.

We had an amazing time here, and they made sure to incorporate my service dog into the ceremony! Also, the photo gallery folks made some great recommendations for places to eat/go while we were in town.

It was hot 100 plus for our sons wedding after 10 min ceremony they tossed us outside to wait for pictures. No sympathy not even worth 1 star

Awesome place. Flawless organisation from beginning to end

After trawling the internet for the perfect wedding location in or around Las Vegas we eventually decided on the Chapel of Flowers. Travelling from europe and not being able to see the locations in person made us very nervous but from the moment we had our first consultation we felt completely at ease. The chapel grounds, offices and chapels are all stunning and spotless. Everyone we had contact was helpful and polite.

Our minister was Rev.Jerry Stephens. He was a wonderful relaxing influence who said some beautiful words in our ceremony. Afterwards he explained everything we needed to do (being from europe) clearly with no rush.
The photographers were friendly and efficient and took some great photo's. The photo viewing was the next day and we were expecting to be hammered by sales talk but was quietly left to search through the photos on a large screen PC and to choose what we wanted with a price chart in our hand. Not to be pushed was wonderful and we appreciated this!! We choose the photos included in our package and just a few extra as we had arranged a private photoshoot afterwards (not through the chapel). However the photos were wonderful I must say that I find the photos and especially the rights to the photos way overpriced!!!

The one and only issue we had was with the live internet broadcast. Through some sort of error there was no sound during live broadcast. When we informed the chapel the next day they were extremely sorry and immediately put the broadcast on for an extra 24 hours with no charge.
The quality of the broadcast and DVD is brilliant. The music we chose was faded in and out perfectly during the ceremony.

Beautiful place, the absolute nicest people! We were late getting to our own wedding that day and when we arrived the staff was right there outside with smiles and comforting words of encouragement.... They never made us feel rushed or in any way embarrassed by the time. It was a pleasure to have been married by such kind and professional people, I genuinely felt like I knew the ladies surrounding me as I tried to calm down and feel the atmosphere that was part of the chapel of the flowers experience. Recommend this chapel above all others here in las vegas, as I had booked and cancelled at three other places here before this, as the other venues were money hungry, pushy and, poorly equiped to have a nice, let alone beautiful wedding at. Chapel of the flowers is a high end wedding venue and nothing is spared, but we are people on a tight budget and never once felt like it there. Thank you chapel of the flowers for granting a local three time active war veteran on his third wedding and a 50 year old first time mommy and first wedding a chance to feel like we were special and wonderful people in the world!

DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE! It is a joke!! The limo driver was late, and did not take us to a second location as promised. We had to find our own ride back to our hotel. As we were taking photos at the venue the driver came up to us and said we had to leave, because he needed to pick up another couple, so we didn t even get to finish all of our photos at the venue. The link to be able to view the wedding online went down, so most of my family was not able to view the ceremony. We paid an extra $800 for a photo package, but found out when we went to our photo appointment we had to pay an extra $1400 to get all of our photos. It was an absolute joke. Do not waste your money here!

I was married here on 26th 2019 and was very impressed. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly, every person on the staff involved with my day was great. I was definitely nervous to have a weddingat a chapel as well as a large amount of guests but there were no problems. My photos were great the property is beautiful. This is a place that does several weddings a day and I'm ok with that. I didnt need a long drawn out stressful time. They did their jobs got us married and gave us a beautiful wedding. Thank you to the staff for a lovely and memorable wedding! Fron the limo drivers to the photographers great experience!

My husband and I decided to get married two weeks before we were set to leave for our Christmas road trip as we were travelling through Vegas any way, so why not right?!... We live in Saskatchewan, Canada and I had never been to the United States and so had no idea what to expect or even where a good place to go would be. So after doing some research and talking to a few chapels, it was Chapel of the Flowers that stood out the most. Everyone I talked to to prepare for the big day were absolutely fantastic and professional. They made me feel at ease even though I was apprehensive about booking everything online and over the phone and having no true idea of what I was paying for (You worry that you'll get there and it won't be what you were expecting and that you'll be disappointed)....
BUT... Let me say... The whole experience was absolutely perfect!! Chapel of The Flowers had every detail covered!
The two gentleman that came to my hotel room to do mine and my daughters hair and make-up were so talented and did an amazing job!!!
The Limos were awesome and the drivers courteous!
The Chapel was stunning and everyone so polite and helpful and they all just took the stress away!
The photographers!! Wow... They both did such a beautiful job of capturing the memories and special moments!! Very talented in the art of photography!!
And last, but certainly not least, Reverend Robert Greer - He did such a beautiful job of officiating the wedding.

Nothing like what you think when you hear "Las Vegas wedding". No cheesy ceremony here. The whole property was very pretty. We had our ceremony live streamed for our family at home and had so many compliments on how great everything was. Our minister had nicely worded vows and was pretty cool. The wedding planner included set up everything and there was no stress to the process. Was also happy with our pictures. A little pricey, but hey it's worth it. And what isn't pricy I'm Vegas lol. I would choose this place over a huge ceremony back home any day. You can plan a few months out with them or if you just can't wait they have that too. Everything was perfect!

They have several themes to choose from and affordable wedding packages. The Glass Gardens venue was just beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that you are not allowed to take your own pictures or video once the wedding begins.

Our wedding was seamless the Chapel of the Flowers was amazing everyone was on time, professional, accommodating, friendly, and everything was beautiful! The minister took her time and spoke to me and my new husband to find out a little about us she was personable. The photographers were very nice and was wanting to catch that special night just for us!

My husband and I are from Toronto, Canada. We did are research and got married here at the chapel of the flowers. On October.27/2018 picture perfect. Our wedding planner Heidi was the best very accommodating to our needs ! Will be back for our renewal ! Love Vegas,and would give it a 10 star but it s not an option. Definetly recommend!!!

My husband and I were married at the Chapel of the Flowers Glass Gardens on March 16, and the entire experience could not have been more perfect. From the moment we reserved the date, we were assigned a wedding planner, Erica Pauley. We set up our first telephone conference within a couple of weeks of booking, and the basics of the wedding plan were set out. Erica listened to our ideas and specific requests. We had a second telephone conference two weeks before the wedding to finalize the details. On the day of the wedding, our wedding coordinator met us at the limousine and pretty much held our hands from that point on. We met with the officiant assigned to our ceremony, Reverend Virginia Wilson, about 15 minutes before the service started; she wanted to hear our love story and go over last-minute instructions. The ceremony was elegant and beautiful, and it incorporated the plans we made with Erica and Rev. Wilson. On that note, Rev. Wilson customized and personalized the service. She referenced details from our love story, she made us laugh and smile, and she put us at ease. It was as if she were having a personal conversation with us. And it was incredible that the ceremony was streamed live so our friends and family could watch wherever they were! I give me highest kudos to the Chapel of the Flowers if you want a beautiful and personal experience, especially considering the amazingly low cost. One point to be aware of, and it helped that we were anticipated this cost if digital photographs are not part of your plan, make sure you budget another $700 or more for the digitals, which is actually a pretty awesome deal. Our photographer, Megan, did a great job, and I ve had friends who spent $5,000 on basic photo packages for weddings in Napa, so $700 is extremely fair. Best wishes!

Great staff, I worked with them over the phone as well as in person. Always easy to get a hold of someone. Our ceremony was at Valley of the Fire State Park and it was breathtaking! They worked with all of our custom requests graciously. We really lucked out finding this chapel.

Our wedding was excellent! It was a little pricy, but worth it for what we got. The chapel itself was clean, elegant, and classy, and the small size made it feel really intimate. My wedding planner was in communication with me from the moment I booked the wedding (a year in advance) and did a great job helping me keep on top of things and getting everything ironed out in advance.

The ceremony itself was fantastic. It was not long (about 15 minutes), but that was perfect for us. It included a unity ceremony, vows, and a ring exchange, and our minister was amazing. Everyone seemed genuinely happy for us and we felt very welcomed. I couldn't stop smiling through the whole ceremony. They even live-streamed the ceremony for our friends and family back home who couldn't make it to Vegas, plus provided us with a video of the ceremony that we can show and watch again.

We opted not to get any posed pictures with them, but the candids they took during the ceremony were great. They were a little pricy to get, but they were gorgeous and really captured the moments.

If you want cheap, this is not your place. But I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here.

My wedding was amazing from start to finish

I was happy with just about everything except for our pictures. There is a lack of information on the website about the picture packages. Like the fact that you can't choose duplicates of any picture taken, you can only choose from a selection of your pictures, and once I finally got my pictures they had chapel of the flowers written on every single picture... The 4x6 pictures also had a white boarder around them which makes the picture even smaller! Some were zoomed in weird and we're not centered in the picture. Not to mention I had to go through three different consultants before someone would even help me select my pictures. It was such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I will say that our ceremony was very nice and the photographers did an amazing job. I just wish our pictures would have been printed better.

We enjoyed a wonderful intimate wedding at Chapel of the Flowers June 12, 2013. Everyone from the limo driver to the photo gallery staff were amazing and made our day perfect. We also had a special request that the staff attended to without hesitation that helped to make the day a success. Our minister was great and answered all our questions and provided great information for what to expect during and after the ceremony and the photographers did an amazing job as well. We loved the pictures so much that there was no way we could choose our prints and instead bought the rights to all the photography and the slide show presentation. When I had trouble hearing the audio on the wedding video I contacted my wedding planner and she advised that I needed to talk to someone in the photo gallery. I never did get the opportunity to follow up on that before I got a notification in my email that the chapel had mailed us a package. Apparently my planner talked to the gallery staff herself and a few days later we received a second wedding video! They did not charge us or even tell us they were doing that for us. The audio was perfect and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend this chapel to anyone planning a destination wedding in Vegas. It's a beautiful place and not the tacky little chapel that one might expect in Vegas. Totally worth every penny! Thank you, Chapel of the Flowers, for making Our Day special and one we will always remember fondly!

We chose The Glass Gardens at The Chapel of the Flowers for our wedding and it was the best choice we could have made. Everyone involved was incredibly helpful and kind. Our wedding coordinator kept in touch and went over different options with us. She was quick to respond when we had questions and I was able to keep in touch with her over email. The minister who married us was amazing and she made the ceremony very special for us. Our day of coordinator made sure everything went smoothly and made sure everyone in the wedding party knew what to do. The photographer was helpful and easy to work with. She took some amazing photos and made us feel comfortable and helped us with poses. We worked with 3 different photographers who were all awesome. They were professional and accommodating to everyone being transported. The photography department was great and helped us pick our photos after the wedding and went over different package options with us. They made a mistake with the cost of our prints but caught it right away and called me to let me know, as well as emailed me about it being corrected. We were a bit nervous planning a wedding in another state at a venue we couldn't see in person prior to 2 days before we were getting married but it was wonderful. They took care of everything and were all great to work with. I don't have anything negative to say about our experience with this chapel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, but classy wedding. It was our dream wedding.

I was scare at the beginning because I did everything online with them. But everything was exactly how we order and looks exactly as their pictures they have on the web. The wedding, photos and the wedding cake were great!! . We are so happy. We came all the way from Puerto Rico . It didn't disappoint!!! ***** and great Customer service.

Got married here on 30th April 2019,such a classy and intimate place. The Victorian chapel is ideal if its for just a few guests or even just the bride and groom. Fabulous staff, they could not be more helpful or accommodating. Special thanks must go to Dianne the minister who married us, she was fantastic with us ....such a lovely warm person who calmed us down. Thank you Dianne so much. Andy and Joyce Strickland xx

Nice little place. The guy who did the ceremony was classy and just entertaining enough to not be corny.

A lot of attached fees at the end of the Services that were not told up front. No Mother and Daughter pictures and everything was too rush rush.
