Nice place wasnt expecting.but rushed to get more weddings in.

From my first contact with the Chapel of the Flowers to the end of our day, everything was perfect. My interaction with the Wedding Planner, Jose was consistently prompt, and the chat line was valuable for quick answers. The Chapel is beautiful with many settings for pictures, and very clean. Our Limo driver Mark was great, even though he had some difficulty locating us at our resort. The photographers, Irving and Devin did an awesome job of both posed and lifestyle photos...it was very difficult to choose from the many shots. And what can I say about Elvis (Joey)..he was fantastic, funny, and exactly what we wanted for our special day. I wish to give special thanks to Rev. Vincent Pelletier as his words and passion for the role he performed was very sincere and from the heart. We upgraded our flowers to orchids, and they were absolutely gorgeous. We did have a slight glitch with the live broadcast, but the video staff were quick to respond and the streaming was available within 1/2 hour.
Overall, we can't say anything but positive comments, and thank the Chapel of Flowers for a special and memorable day.

Had a very nice wedding here. Super helpful, friendly people. Lots of options for ceremony and they even have an area for small outdoor receptions. Our friends at home were able to watch ceremony on line.

My cuz'n had a beautiful service and they made sure that they were happy. Did an awesome job! They do ask you to put your phones away and to not take pics which I didn't like, the professional photographer should have made sure to take pics of all of his family not just the wedding party.

We had our wedding here. Everything went smoothly and the photographs turned out great.

If I could leave this DISGUSTING operation negative stars I would. They claim to "make dreams come true" but if they have any issues what so ever, they charge you anyways THE FULL AMOUNT and tell you their company is too small to fix any issues. I have fully paid canceled hotel rooms, and they will not have the room properly booked /transferred or canceled or refund the money. So they STOLE money from me for a room I will never get to use. Trust me go to an establishment that will actually care about you as a client and have ACTUAL ACCOUNTABILITY. This disgusting company lies, cheats and steals and finds it perfectly acceptable. I hope they go out of business before they continue to obliterate any one else's dreams intentionally.

I'm a very hard person to please and I must say Chapel of the Flowers has exceeded my expectations and has made me one very happy bride :)
I rate them 10 stars. To our wedding Planner Heidi who did such and amazing job and planned a stress free wedding and organised everything for us and was so patient. To the minister Robert who performed a wonderful lovely unforgettable ceremony with beautiful words and made our ceremony so unique I felt like he knew us for so many years. To the photographer Jess who took the most amazing photos and took us to the most amazing offsite locations. They also provided the most beautiful fresh gorgeous flowers and delicious wedding cake! Very very happy and highly recommended! We came all the way from Australia and glad we choose Chapel of the Flowers.

Good little place for a wedding, but when they say no cameras, they really mean no cameras. I get it I guess, they are trying to ensure that if you want memories of the wedding you attended, that you only can get those memories through them. But sometimes you want to capture your own perspective, and not rely on the perspective of the photographer that is there. Case in point, the bride and the groom were not 100% happy with their photos.

Unprofessional!!! I ve been contacting them for a month to try to reschedule or cancel my wedding ceremony due to covid, and have got no response!

The chapel and it's staff were kind and attentive. The photographers really know how to capture the most beautiful of moments silently and with an amazing eye! The staff do a fantastic job at keeping bright smiles on their faces making sure each person involved in the ceremony is calm and prepared. The Glass Garden is one of the most gorgeous chapels in Las Vegas. Everything thing ran on time and was extremely organized. Utilize the FAQs on the website and do your research on the various services they offer. With so much to do on the initial meet and greet with your planner, there won't be enough time to go over every detail in full. You can spend hours searching through all the unique ways to really make your ceremony memorable. Take some time to look through it all and have a clear idea before making a final decision. I wish I would've put a bit more effort into the numerous ways to personalize our day earlier in the planning process, but even with that in mind, I don't think our day could've been anymore perfect! Overall, we loved our package, we loved the staff, and we loved the space. Would recommend this chapel to anyone who is in the process of planning a wedding.

My husband and I eloped here just yesterday evening. All of our friends and family were able to watch from home and we were able to have the wedding of our dreams! No detail was left out as the staff here is top-notch. The grounds are the best for Vegas for weddings in my humble opinion.

If you re going to get married in Vegas, choose the chapel of the flowers!

Everyone was wonderful. A friend of mine works there and highly recommended Chapel of the Flowers. So, I took a deep breath, tried to trusted him and engaged their services. Everyone was so nice and so laid back it really scared me a little. My husband and I were engaged for over 6 years. That gave me a lot of time to think about things and I was fairly certain what I wanted and how I wanted the ceremony to go...I had a million questions for them and since I live less than an hour away, I visited them a lot! Probably drove them crazy, but no one ever let on if it did...they were always so nice. Any way, everytime I asked them about anything...songs, minister, flowers, bible readings, etc. They would tell me not to worry, they'd make sure it worked. And, IT DID!!! Everything was perfect! My family and friends are still commenting how beautiful the ceremony was. If I have any complaints at all it was that we couldn't fit anyone else in the chapel. We would have loved to envited about 40 more people!

I will go with Pro's and Con's here because it wasn't that bad.

Pros:
1. The grounds are beautiful
2. The limos are nice
3. The staff is friendly
4. The price is decent
5. Our minister was fantastic
Cons:
1. My wedding DVD didn't work on any players when I got home. (They mailed a new one.)
2. I decided to take off the additional first look limo service a week before the wedding and wasn't informed that I wouldn't get that money back. (After complaining they agreed to refund MY money.)
3. My wedding cake was supposed to be a yellow cake with chocolate icing and the one I received was white cake. (Nothing was compensated for that)
4. My wedding planner was not very hands on. There was very little communication between us during the entire process and at times it would take days for her to return my calls. (I'm sure they are just very busy. You get what you pay for.)

My husband and I were married here on April 30th. The wedding package was really well priced and it was lovely that we could make changes within the package to accommodate our own style. Our wedding planner was so amazing at staying in touch and answering any questions we had. Every moment of our special day was made perfect by the professional and kind service we received. The ceremony was performed by Al and he was so good! Our ceremony was about us and did not feel like a generic speech. When it came time to photos after the ceremony, we we just as pleasantly surprised. Philip and Eric made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We got some beautiful pictures and we got some great funny pictures. The nice part was that we got to pick if there were certain photo positions we wanted to make them more our style.

We had an awesome time and couldn't have asked for anything better. Our family and friends at home were able to stream our wedding so they could be a part of it too. That was definitely an added bonus. We would recommend Chapel of the Flowers to anyone who asked. I don't regret our decision to go here and wouldn't change a thing even if I could.

One of the most perfect days of my life. There was no stress or worry. The chapel is beautiful. The entire staff was wonderful. And although they have many weddings performed daily, they made us feel as if ours was the only one.

Every one and everything was great. Some of our best pictures in our five years together were taken here by the wonderful photographers. Grounds were beautiful and staff was friendly and helpful.

I did my research for over a year. This by far is the best venue in Las Vegas your $$ can buy if you are ballin on a budget. Their whole team is wonderful from beginning to end. Great advice and arranged everything for us. We did the limo to get the license and that was a great service that I recommend. We also applied online for the license and I also recommend that. Elvis walked me down the aisle and sang 3 songs...That was awesome!!!!. I would do it all again with Chapel of the Flowers!

I had my wedding here back in October and purchased one of their packages. The staff is wonderful and the photographer's did an outstanding job. They booked our reception at Canaletto's (in the Venetian), it was the best food I have ever eaten. It was completely stress free since they do everything from start to finish. If you're looking to get married I highly recommend this place!

Wife and I got married here in 2017. I can t say enough about how amazing everything was about our experience here. If you re looking for a small and personal wedding with a first class experience, this is the place. No cheesy Vegas weddings here... everything was very nice. Photos turned out very well also. The limo ride was well worth it too... it just added to the overall experience. Highly recommend!!!

We were married on 10/24/14 and everyone at Chapel of Flowers was amazing. The planning process, including all of our custom requests, went very smoothly. Our wedding day went as scheduled and the ceremony was beautiful. Our minister personalized our ceremony just for us and the limo drivers were kind, full of good humor and very attentive. Our wedding guests (approximately 50 adults) said that they really enjoyed the Glass Gardens and that the staff directing them were helpful and informative. Our photography package included the Lifestyle photographer plus our primary photographer - ALWAYS get the Lifestyle added to your photo package, the photos are simply amazing though both of our photographers did a wonderful job. We ordered canvas, mounted prints and standard/textured prints and they arrived within a week of our wedding. We had a great time and highly recommend the Chapel to anyone looking for an all inclusive wedding chapel for their special day!

Great place to have our wedding. Staff is excellent. Our wedding day went perfectly due to the staff taking care of all the plans.

My wife and I were married here at the end of November, and we both absolutly loved every second!
We looked at many of the chapels availabale, and we were both very happy with Chapel of the Flowers.

I booked my entire wedding through COTF, however, our ceremony was actually done at the sister property, Tropicana Las Vegas Weddings, but everything we did was still through Chapel of the Flowers, all the arrangements, phone calls, emails, etc.
My wedding day was a disaster. I could not get in contact with ANYONE for a month prior to my wedding, I told them I wanted to add videography to my package more than a month before my date and was told they did not have the staffing capacity to offer videography, so I would have to hire a third party, however I still had to pay a $500 3rd party fee, even though getting a third party was my ONLY option. How does that make sense?

I chose the Chapel because of the great reviews and because a family friend was employed there (before she was let go thanks to COVID) and expected a stress free, beautiful day. I don t know if it s because we did our wedding at a location off of the Chapel so they didn t care as much about ours or what, but it turned out to be a giant mess.

This chapel has weddings down to a science, but there was nothing cold or impersonal about the experience at all. Quite the opposite! Planning the wedding was a breeze, and everything on the day of the wedding went smoothly. It really was everything I envisioned and hoped for - the limo service was wonderful, all the staff was professional and courteous, the Glass Gardens venue was beautiful, and our photographers were really fun to work with. We ended up with so many wonderful pictures we decided to buy the digital copyrights - well worth the money! We had so many guests tell us how lovely the wedding was. I would highly recommend Chapel of the Flowers for your special day!

Everything was very stressful. The wedding planner we were assigned was not able to contact me during time I wasn t at work. When I asked her to reassign us to another who would better meet my schedule she did not. Anytime I needed to call with questions I couldn t get through. One time I literally stayed on hold for over an hour before giving up. This was quite stressful as you have to call the day of your wedding for pick up if you have the service (I had to use the online chat feature as they did not answer when I called and I as the bride couldn t stay on hold for over an hour on my wedding day.) They could figure out how to call to nickel and dime for every additional service they could think of and did keep calling me when I was at work even though I advised them not to. When we went out to take photos there were several spots of black tar in the photo area. The photographer kept trying to get me to move near the tar spots I advised her I didn t want to get my wedding dress dirty. She advised I wouldn t and then proceeded to move me over, pick up my dress and directly throw it down onto one of the tar spots. My sister was horrified and my dress did in fact get dirty from the tar. I don t know why there were at least three large tar spots directly where they usually take wedding photos, that made no sense at all considering the inflated amounts they charge. I m just hoping the tar spots will cone out at the dry cleaners as my dress was a custom hand made dress the photographer threw directly into tar. To add insult to injury after you take the photos they schedule virtual appointments weeks out which to my understanding is a ten minute call to explain how to navigate an email. Of course I only got in contact with the photo department after calling several days. (I left a voicemail, they are supposed to return your call within 24 hours, they didn t). I was more stressed out dealing with this Chapel than any other part of planning my elopement. Dealing with them stripped all of the fun from my wedding planning and big day. I m only giving two stars because the Chapels are pretty and the minister was great.

Edit to respond to the owner:
See the attached e-mail to the wedding planner to change the planner. I called regarding the transportation because you re supposed to call and provide your room number (attached as well). Further the Peking lot area is black and like a regular parking lot. The photographer took us out there for the group photo in front of the stairs. There were three or four black tar spots in the area. If you want to try and lie about that too I can find photos of that as well.

Have yet to recieve a refund from them and it has been two months. I have contacted them several times. Basically this venue stole $1200.00 from me.

Great prices for a really fantastic wedding and photos!

My son and new daughter in law choose to have the wedding here and it was perfect. Our minister was awesome, she walked us thru everything and gave us a beautiful ceremony. Everyone there was so professional and made sure that the wedding went off with no trouble.

While we liked what it offered the prices are terribly expensive for what you get. Was not impressed with lack of knowledge of photo gallery pricing gave us a bad feeling about the way they do business. So we said no and walked away and married elsewhere. It is also located in a shady part of town.

Beautiful chapel with kind and gracious people. The Minister was very good. I loved the way she delivered the ceremony. She seemed very genuine although you could tell it had been done a number of times bc it was well rehearsed and moved along very smoothly with efficiency. She still manages to orate with genuine sincerity.

Very nice. Very rushed. Ask questions about the photo packages. We had a wedding package that comes with some photos but you do not get those pictures until you buy a photo package on top of the wedding package. But the pictures are worth it, they are fabulous.

My husband and I were married at the Chapel of the Flowers June 2014. We started planning the wedding months in advance and I had chosen Chapel of the Flowers because they had been voted best on many wedding sites. Our ceremony was far more then we could ever have imagined. It's difficult planning Vegas Wedding from Massachusetts and I had never been to Vegas so I was nervous about everything. Our wedding planner Brittney was terrific. Our homeboy, Vinnie was our limo driver who was a lot of fun to and from. Flowrs, Cake, Photography....all perfect! I added hair and make up and the GlamSquad were great. As we got closer to the date there were several times that I had called her two and three times in a day. She was always pleasant and extremely helpful. We brought our own music and I was a little nervous about the timing during there ceremony but the Videographer was right on point! When I got to Vegas and saw all the other wedding chapels I knew we had made the right decision. 1st class all the way around. We had over 200 people who watched the live stream....almost everyone said how beautiful it was and how they felt like they were right there with us. I can't thank Chapels of the Flowers enough for making our day perfect! All I can say is if you're planning a wedding in Vegas and you do it anywhere but here you're making a big mistake!!

My wedding was on November 11. We came to Las Vegas from Dallas with family and friends. Even though we had planned this months ahead, we found out in September that there would be a marathon on the strip on the same day, causing the strip to be completely shut down. So getting to the chapel from our hotel was a nightmare. I got to the chapeI so late that our family and friends at home, who were waiting to watch the ceremony, thought I was a runaway bride. But through all of that, everyone at the chapel worked as a team to make my wedding an unforgettable success. From our limo drivers, to our greeter, to the minister, to our photographers. Everyone did such an outstanding job. My husband and I are extremely happy with The Chapel of the Flowers.

Chapel of the Flowers in Las Vegas helped create Our Perfect Wedding! Hands down this was the BEST decision we made. This venue is clean, beautiful and they offer everything you could possibly need for a wedding. I was contacted by email with information that was needed before I even asked for it. My wedding planner called me on the phone to help walk me through the last final decision making. Any questions I had I sent by email and they were answered thoroughly & prompt. Our wedding planner emailed us the link and suggested that we apply for our marriage license on-line. We followed her advice and it made the process extremely fast and easy.
Now to the details of Our Wedding Day Car service for my groom was about 10 minutes late because of all the traffic and the Limo for me was late as well this in no way affected us or our day at all. The drivers were apologetic and really polite. My flowers were absolutely beautiful and smelt wonderful. The boutonniere for the groom and father were just as beautiful. The day coordinator was professional, attended to every guest and met me at the limo along with the photographer. They walked me in the building and gave me perfect direction. I was able to meet with the photographer and minister before the start of the ceremony as well as the groom. We choose the photo package that included on site & off site photo time. On site included individual & family photos and off site included the Vegas sign & Caesar s Palace.
Our wedding planner was Angela Matthews she is a burst of sunshine! Very friendly, informative and a great listener. Wedding day coordinator was Kaylee Kennedy, she was very sweet & gave me great instructions with what and when before the ceremony. Minister was Diana Moran, I ll admit I was a bit Iffy with having a female Minister Only because my previous experience was EH . Wow - was I completely Wrong! Diana is the BEST! I can t say enough positive things about her. Diana was professional, warm and freaking awesome. Her words were uplifting and encouraging & made Our ceremony Perfect. Photographer was Jessica Lee, such a creative soul. Her vibe is very easy going and personable. We are not big picture people and she helped us out so much eased our nerves and made us feel comfortable in-front of the camera. Scott van Vlack was our limo driver, he made sure we were nice and comfy on our ride around town. Scott informed us of any delays and made sure we were good with the time it would take to get from point A to point B. Lastly, we met with Marjorie Turner to view our photos. She was very nice and really helpful with the viewing, picking and printing of our photos. We got soooo many Great photos! Caesar s Palace at night was Mesmerizing and we ended up with Fairytale like photos! Defiantly glad we decided on paying extra for the copyrights.
I know this review is really really long but Chapel of the Flowers is Absolutely Amazing! Every single person we came in contact with was extremely friendly, professional & knowledgeable - from the welcoming receptionist to the exiting receptionist and everyone in between! Our wedding day was Perfect and Chapel of the Flowers is the Reason!

I would like to give you 10 stars! **********. We had our wedding on May 21st and from the first time I spoke to your staff it was such a nice experience. When we arrived in Vegas i called your office to give my room number and felt as easy. Limo driver was on point and very accommodating. Officiant and his words were just want we wanted. The staff made sure my future husband didn't see me before the weeding as I wanted :). The venue was incredible, didn't feel like we were in Vegas. It felt better!!! Photographer was incredible and his choice of photos spots were right on!! Our experience all together was a 10 plus!!!!! I would highly highly recommend getting married here! great memories and a wonderful staff and an exceptional venue!! Thank you to all of you for making our day even more memorable and special!!! Surprising that the wedding was so or if the realm of the Vegas experience. It was lovely and the man who officiated did a really great job.
Interesting also was the way these weddings are done. One after another with limousines bringing and returning wedding parties on a schedule.
No pictures were allowed to be taken by individuals.

We were married at the chapel November 11, 2017 and it was the best day of my life. Angela made the entire process painless and fun and was always just a phone call away. I truly got to enjoy my wedding in a completely stress free way and just soak it all in because they take care of literally everything you don't want to. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I give them 1 star the basis that they screw you on your pictures. Digital photos start at over $500, they don't disclose this in large print. They copy write the photos and this is all in the very small print. They also tell your guests if they take any photos it will cost the couple 1000 fine per photo. Other than this my experience was Ok, make sure you also take extra money for the tipping they don't tell you about either. Limo driver, photographer and minister.

Chapel of the flowers a very nice place if one of your loved ones wants to get married while you in Vegas or if you want to plan to get married here very nice recommend it to everyone very friendly package deals are very reasonable and they also do it where if some of your family members came make it they will pass it through live and they can see it as they getting married with a code that they give you to give your loved ones everywhere around the world that cannot make it you can give them my password and they can see it while you are getting married I think that is very cool for the ones I can't make it or are bedridden or hospitalized or just can't do too much anymore

I loved everything about this venue. The ceremony and pictures were perfect the staff definitely made this day memorable.

My husband and I got married at Chapel of the Flowers in September. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary. We planned a little over a month in advance. We reserved the Magnolia Chapel because of the intimate size and gorgeous decor that went with our Hollywood glam theme. I used to live in Vegas so I had been to a few cheesy chapels for some friends, this was absolutely not that experience. The Magnolia Chapel was very clean and well maintained. The leather seating and all the white decor and crystals were fresh. My husband s family is in South Africa and most of our family and friends weren t attending so the live stream and extended video viewing time was a necessity for our venue. There was a quick pause in our ceremony to say hi to everyone as. We were assigned a wedding planner, Nikeda, who was very friendly and helpful. The included bouquet was fresh and perfect, the limo was on time and fun, and everything went smoothly and easy. We arrived at the chapel, met with our officiant, Diane, who was totally amazing at what she does, and had a quick meeting/rehearsal so we were prepared. The paperwork was prepared and ready for signatures when we arrived so all we had to bring was the marriage license. We told the coordinator what songs we chose for our processions and they faded it on and out perfectly which was great. We chose to upgrade our photography package so we could get a few extra posed shots. They came out amazing! All the photos taken are available when you view the wedding on the site after with a watermark. We chose to only get prints due to the steep cost on the copyright, which is fine for us. We also were able to pay extra and get our official certificate the next day at our photo viewing appointment. We needed it in hand right away and didn t have time to wait so that was also a bonus for us. All said and done our ceremony was around $800 and totally perfect. This is by far the easiest stress free way to get married and I couldn t be happier with the Chapel of the Flowers. They are so organized and truly are wedding professionals.

I went to a friends wedding on Thursday and I would never reccomend this place. Besides the problems they had ahead of time with the times and whatever else, when we got there they tried charging the bride $75 so the groom wouldn't see her when they signed papers....this had already been discussed with the coordinator, WHO WAS NOT THERE, but we made sure the groom did not see her. Then they didn't bring her water after she had asked. Everything was very rushed and there was no special attention to anyone or anything. All this company cares about is getting paid. We got married here we got the package where some of the photos were included. Well the lady was supposed to send my wife the link to choose which photos after my wife sent numerous emails to there office lady and voicemails not one response back now it s past 3 months so now they deleted them! Thanks for contacting me back I will be contacting my attorney now. I would not recommend getting married here I am also going to publish this on the news!
