We are so satisfied with the service we got here. We got the platinum detailing package plus carpet shampoo and we have absolutely no complaints, only great compliments. We have never had the interior done professionally before (in seven years) and they made it look like new again! And the prices were phenomenal! We will definitely be back to get this done more often now knowing the excellent care they put into it. Thank you Waverley Chamois!!!

I was so impressed with their detailing. Will definitely be going back again for this service. I actually couldn't believe how clean they got my dads vehicle. I took it in for him as a birthday gift, it was so filthy and FULL of dog hair and when I picked it up it literally looked brand new. Great job guys - Thank you!

Brand new truck. Took the vehicle to the Waverley car wash and noticed scratches on the tailgate which were not there prior to using this service. Well I thought I would give the organization another chance and took my vehicle to the St James location. Once again, damage to my vehicle which was not there prior to using their service. (Scratches on passenger doors.) Other than they have damaged my truck twice now in as many visits this month (and we are only 8 days into the month of May) the staff are friendly and courteous, to bad there equipment is substandard. I won t be back and in my opinion suggest others should check their vehicles after using this service or not use it at all. I think I may check out the new car wash on Kenaston by IKEA.

30 bucks for a lousy car wash. I've tried these folks 4 times and it's always bad. I'm pretty happy to see some competition coming - that'll teach them a lesson.
The exterior wash is ok. They always do a bad job on the interior by not vacuuming it properly or cleaning the dash.
There's absolutely zero difference between Bronze, Silver or Gold - they're all the same poor service.
I'm done with you guys, you've had your chance to do a better job!

I went there and they barely vacuumed the inside of my car and also there were a lot of missed spot and water stains. I asked them right away and they sent someone to clean it but guess what, the guy himself told me there is a lot of places missed in your car and they will give me a rewash for free valid for next 24 hours. However, the in the next 24 hour, i went back and they were closed. Thank you Chamois for the bad customer experience.

Bought a gold package interior/exterior clean which is a mid level service. Multiple employees take care of each vehicle. Half the workers were great and half clearly had no interest in vehicles or making them clean

The location on Waverley always does a great job with my car. Perfectly clean inside and out. The rare time they miss something, it s corrected quickly with a smile. Keep up the great work everybody!

Select Gold Package but its useless they didn't vacuum properly even they didn't clean there clothes for wipe down the car after dry some marks visible and they even didn't clean the seats. I asked the guy please clean this still dirty. So its better wash by our self if you are paying $30.00.

I had 2 vehicles detailed there recently and they did a fantastic job as well as finished early. Definitely good value. Nice to have your vehicles detailed spring and fall so you remember what they looked like when the were new and why you bought them.

ATTENTION owners of high value and luxury vehicles. Do not trust the integrity of vehicle with this company. I recently took a Mercedes-Benz for a car wash, and they scratched the leather steering wheel while getting on the vehicle. When bringing up the scratch to the management they reacted aggressively, and without looking into the issue, they said that they never had or would never had this issue before. They drive and handle the vehicles without care, speed up and break abruptly, and this is the perfect way in which accidents, like the scratch in my steering wheel, will happen. I had another incident with them about the handling of my vehicle, and it had to come to this so that I learn my lesson. I hope you save yourself the grief, and visit another local car wash.
