Situated like 5kms away from heart of Kandy beside the Mahaweli river which is the longest river in Sri Lanka. Easy access from several roads and has adequate vehicle parking inside the hotel.

Rooms are very clean, neat and tidy. Attentive pleasant staff always try to give their maximum effort to make our stay memorable. Although the variations are limited the food was awesome. Kid enjoyed very much.

Plan to visit again. Highly recommended!!!

One of the beautiful Hotel that I have visited in Kandy, the service was wonderful really enjoyed the stay. Food was good and had a decent spread.

One of the beautiful hotels that I have visited, had a great time with my family. The staff are excellent. Serving with passion. Admist the covid 19 pandemic the hotel seems to offer its best to their guests..

Cinnamon is of course one of the best places for hospitality. Location is great and the hotel is designed so everyone can enjoy the beautiful scenary. Despite the pandemic the service was wonderful really enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had all the safety measures. Food was good and had a decent spread. Wish the spice levels were bit higher to cater locals

Would definitely recommend all to visit cinnamon citadel and will be a memorable stay for all.

Been waiting for the hotel to reopen for quite sometime. Has some antique look. As a youth I'd recommend a fresh interior design. Because the roms are still antique looking and booring with the brown and pinkish like stripes. Room did not give a good first impression and wasn't decorated as in the pics on website maybe due to busyness or idk. Food was good but would like like to some more variety but overall the dining was excellent. The staff is exceptional, skilled and very polite. Would recommend to increase facilities like gym / spa after covid crisis and of course please give a fresh look to booring looking rooms.

An excellent giant in hospitality. Keeping up the good Cinnamon name in Kandy as well. The service, food and staff were all great. They followed all the safety protocols when it came to every part of the hotel, which made us feel at ease. There was a variety of food at every meal, and it was all buffet. There was ample parking as well. Unfortunately the pool was out of bounds to the guests at the tim of thise review, which of course was a safety regulation, but still quite a bummer. The rooms were very comfortable, fitted with hot water and air conditioned comfort. Quite a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended

It is great place to relax. Great location, tasty foods, and friendly staff. I stayed here two days. They served excellent service even in this pandemic situation. They follow all safety regulations. This place is safe place to enjoy your holidays.

Such a lovely place. Was quiet and calm. Rooms were clean,spacious and comfortable . Staff were friendly. Food was amazing. The location is picturesque. I highly recommend.

We had a great time here during our trip to Kandy. The staff was very friendly and they treated us very nicely. They gave us a warm welcome. A girl named Dulmini who was at the front desk helped us a lot until we leave the place since we were there to celebrate my birthday. Rooms were very clean but the floor looked little bit old. We got a room with the view of river and it was so useful to spend our evening. You can walk around the hotel to take some good pictures. We got 3 meals at the hotel and they provided us good quality Food. This hotel is located out of the Kandy city so you have to reach passing few kilometers through some narrow roads. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
