Magical place! We had a very good night in the Baron's room. The visit of the castle by the owner's son was fascinating. An impressive restoration work has been done in recent years and is worth a detour!

Beautiful place, exceptional visit, perfect for our wedding and a landlord at the top. I highly recommend this place in every way.
One Sunday in June we decided to take a short walk to the castle not far from the inn where we had eaten. After seeing the sign open today, we found the box office closed. Tampis for us. After meeting several visitors coming out of the park, we did a little tour in the well maintained park (nice with small fountain and orchids). It was at this moment that we met the owner. Very aggressive, without understanding anything, they put us out shouting I quote "I will eventually get out the rifle". The park was actually closed (the panel specified yet open today). I do not know if it's alcohol, heat or its real personality but it's an odious character !! We could have fully understood his closure (marriage in preparation). This gentleman also specified that he had invested 150,000 euros and did not want to share his passion !! It only seeks profitability and yet it does not deserve to be given our money. To avoid so !!

Let me explain, same thing, visit panel of the castle "open today", once having climbed the poorly maintained path (holes everywhere, you have to have a good 4x4) we arrive in front of the ticket office which is closed (it was 3 p.m.). Seeing several people walking in the nicely wooded park that is maintained, I decide to walk around the garden. It was there that I was able to meet the squire who immediately attacked me and threatened to go get his gun without giving me time to say a word. He still told me that I was the 28th person that day to do this (nothing indicated that the park was closed)
One thing is for sure, as already said in a comment, he does not deserve our money, he has no respect.

Dear. Having called on August 11 to book a visit for the next day, the front desk person replied that we could come on the 12th when we wanted according to the times indicated. Beautiful place, you can feel the love around the castle and garden! We stayed here only for one night but we could easily stay longer. Do not expect modern luxury, it is a castle from the 16th century, but everything you need is available. Even free wifi. Do not forget to visit the museum and take the tour!

The chatelain is like his son (guide) very pleasant and professional. Besides the fact that the castle is very beautiful (inside and outside) the castle lord plays great organs and it's a pleasure to hear him play. Go visit his grandiose collection and his beautiful castle, you will not regret it ... I highly recommend this place.

We stumbled upon this castle by chance, and decided to visit it: it's really the best of the best !!! Really warm welcome, the owners are very friendly and work hard to make this place something great. Visit full of surprises, I recommend 100% and I support them! Beautiful castle, a concert evening. Beautiful room actually authentic, large, decorated, beautiful furniture compatible with the decor. Spotless cleanliness, bedroom and shower room. This is the cleanest, most original castle! An amazing host and his son Denis are a very pleasant place and nice people. The host plays the piano perfectly and is happy to show us a small concert. The castle is full of mysteries. It will be especially interesting to visit his esotericists. This is the best castle in France !!
Warm welcome in a fabulous location. The eclectic piano player is an excellent host and showed us the rooms of the castle furnished as in the 1400s, as well as his collection of insects and butterflies. Inside the castle there is also a naturalistic museum with exposed shells from all over the world and stuffed animals of every species.
