it took me 12 months to get my CES report, please dear future applicants , never give up on your American dreams, keep calling them and always be prayerful , make sure that you submit every documents they ask you to prevent any dalay, in my case I did not summit documents on time
Since I heard lot of things about Cgfns I was little relaxed and dint imagine in my dreams that I ll be having my type -1 in next 3.5 months

If there is minus star, I will give -1 for their service. I was trying to have my credential evaluation. It turns out I don't need it anymore. My case did not even start yet so I contact them and see if I can get refund. 2 months passed and I finally got the response, but it actually asked me to provide more information. Basically I am not moving to that state, so I will not need the evaluation anymore. Right now 3.5 months has passed, still nothing from them. They basically keep telling you, the director, Robin Jenkins, needs to review your case.
Be aware of this institute. They said refund is determined case by case, but they actually don't allow refund. I am guessing they are trying to delay your case forever until you give up.
Worst experience I have ever had. One hour wait times for customer service. They don't know what they're doing. We get different answers every time we call. THEY LOST OUR DOCUMENTS. We have to resend everything. Unfortunately for our state this is the only company they allow us to use. So they have a monopoly which should be illegal. If you can, go with ANYONE else.
This is the most worst customer service ever most of them is very rude and they don't know what they are talking about and doesn't do any update with the information. Every time you called them every single employee told you different informations about your application . three months i was dealing with there site its just give me errors errors and they are responding to you after long time !!!!!!! They wast my money already and my time . My application still on process but its taking for ever with them , actually after 5 months my application time will finish , i called them every week and they do nothing they told me just to wait . i been waiting them to contact my school since three months ago and they don't . every time they told me oh its Halloween , its Christmas, its new year, its holiday , so when you gonna finish my documents?
The customer service I called today she was very rude rude rudeeeeeeeee i was asking her another questions and she stops me and told me is there any thing else i can help you with I don't have time !!!! The only reason I gave this company a 1 star because there's no lower rating than that. my wife have file ready for review and it's been 4 months and it's still unavailable!!! she didn't get any follow up email either to inform me that it will take this long. we called numerous times and all they can say is that finally we pay another $500 for expedite! then they responded with so many questions looks like answering machine it is not clear machine assessment or human evaluation !

Probably one of the worst outsourcing agencies that I had contact in my life. I can t believe that US authorities outsourced this business to one Agency that take over a year to process the case and do evaluation. It s a shame.

I would like to recommend CGFNS International for nurses ( particularly foreign educated) and other health professionals who want to practise in the United States, to have their CP or CES services undertaking by CGFNS.
Extremely upset, they decided to recently change the login website to confirm your email. In addition to confirming your email they ask you to write the CGFNS ID number. Some how the ID number that they provided me with and that I have been received correspondence from them for the past 4 years does not match the ID number in their system so now I have to call CGFNS number M-F 9:30 to 3:00pm and wait in the line for a zillion of hours until somebody decides to take my call.
Way to go CGFNS I could not expect anything else from you !!!
The worst customer service ever. It take hours to get someone on the phone and then they hung up the phone on you. They are not refunding my money back when I asked them to cancel the service.
my documents came from Africa and I was notified. They told me that within 7-12 weeks my result will be ready(Dec. to Feb). Two days for my result, they told me that I needed to send additional documents from Africa. I was devastated. in few weeks they started sending me discount packages for document extension for five for $50.00. After I have paid 350 for Credential Evaluation Services.
If there is another word for Horrible I would say it . I can never ever give this company any star rating . They are so rude , unmannered , not understanding , difficult and very uneasy to work with .
If I had another option i would never have used it . After putting me on hold for 71 minutes , I was fortunate to speak to one of the rude and unfriendly representative who told me I have to wait another 20working days for my mail to be processed in the mail room and no mail is been processed in February !
Itit took a while before my mail could reach them from Africa now they have it again they are telling me stories . Why are these people been paid or are they working for free ? NO!
The nursing boards in difrnt states has to do something to this . Probably they stop using this company or not .

After staying on hold for 30 minutes, Just talked to someone called Connie, did not answer my question, was rude. Neither she let me talk to someone else. Not helpful at all. Filled a form to ask a question about 10 days ago, no reply yet. This place really need some attention to costumer service.
It takes forever to get your credentials evaluated here. They told me to wait for 10-12 weeks which I patiently did but still, I didn't get my final report. I tried to e-mail and call them to at least fix it but they didn't do anything to help my situation. I badly need it evaluated ASAP so I can start working.
I use CGFNS service for visa screen process and have used in past also. I always had an excellent experience throughout the process starting from signing up for service, calling support, sending requested documents and until getting my certificate delivered at home. Their customer service and support staffs including Mercadez, Migual, Alexis, Kathryn are the best, very professional, easy to approach, super helpful and very prompt in their response. CGFNS have completed my visa screen process in lesser time then expected. I am highly satisfied with their service and have recommended several other friends to use their service and would continue to recommend in future. Worst company ever to evaluate nursing degree in USA because the school sends document twice. During first time they said the transcript was not received, so the school send the document again with transcript and before send to them I confirm twice with them and then the school send it but after one month I received an status saying Your Transcript has been received and rejected for the following reasons: A signature was not provided or the signature could not be authenticated A seal was not provided or the seal could not be authenticated and wants to do the process again by school because the sign of Principal of School was not in their document / system and this argument is totally inappropriate.

Though it took me 13months to get my Certification but i appreciate CGFNS fairness in all the stages involved and especially in getting my certificate to me, using a track able courier service made it very secured.

I had a positive experience with CGFNS in processing my visa screen from Canada. Although there was a delay in processing my application, it was due to the current pandemic situation, which was understandable. Every time I called their customer service they answered right away and to the point.
Nevertheless I was anxious at times because CGFNS forms for transcript request had to be filled out by my university which they were reluctant because it is extra work and requires a lot of coordination with administrative staff. ...If you had finished your degree in western countries it would make things a lot easier.
I was worried if they would ask for my high school record from 30 years ago from India! The schools there don't maintain records like the schools here. We have to go in person to get things done which will make it virtually impossible and time consuming.
I do understand the reasons they have behind their process due to the overwhelming corruption and forgery in many countries.
No problems for me. My papers were credentialed and sent to my state board in less than a month. They responded to my questions over email in 1 business day.
It's almost impossible to reach them for the money they cost to process things. They take forever to respond, be it email or phone.

Online application system gives error a month now, called to let them know that I am having trouble completing the application getting application error and asked for alternate option if paper based application works and the response was no just wait until it gets fixed, tried to fill out changing browser mozilla chrome ie still same called back and the response I have got : transfer to IT and hung up, : hold let me find out from manager and hung up .....worst customer service

Lots of fake 5* reviews on here. At one point I actually considered that the service CGFNS were offerering was a scam. It's not - it just takes forever and there is 0 customer service. If you need to use them to get your credentials evaluated then I'm truly sorry to hear that.
I highly recommend CGFNS for evaluation purposes and in fact I recommended it already to my colleague here in Saudi Arabia
Horrible service. Staff is absolutely rude and not helpful at all. You will wait a very long time just to obtain a visa screen. They do not care about their customers. My guess is they want you to pay for the expedited process which is super costly and still will not get it in time.

I got my visa screen certificate after 4 weeks of completing all the necessary documents. It was a bit faster than I expected. Just to be clear, I did not applied for the expedited review service because it's just too pricey for me. CGFNS answered all my questions professionally and in timely manner. The processing of my visa screen certficate was a bit pricey. Hoping they could do something about that.. Anyways, thank you CGFNS for the fast and timely transaction!

I had an interesting experience with CGFNS, They were easy accessible, prompt response to application and report their evaluation and also sent a copy of the report to my email. CGFNS makes to the process easier and faster.
If there was another company who could do the same review as CGFNS does, i could have gone to that other company.
CGFNS has the worst customer service. They are so rude. They like to keep you waiting! They charge you exorbitant fees for their services and all they gotta do is review pieces of paper.
And when you try to follow up your application, they suggest Expedited Review which costs $250 and they will do it within 10 business days from the day you paid. Is that an acceptable timeframe for an expedited review? 10 business days? Definitely not.
Of course, when you pay for the expedited review, they will look into your application as priority. What that means is they like to generate money so they can do their job!
i strongly suggest everyone to not use this service they are not professional and they take forever to process requests. they don't answer emails from Schools trying to contact them to confirm the information they are requesting. you call and are told to mail them and then weeks later you get a letter saying that you need to confirm the very same information you have already confirmed twice? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY FOR CANADIANS!!!!!

My Credential Evaluation Service is still working on. It's been 10 months ago from the time when I firstly applied for the service. But, they have not completed the service yet. They asked me to just wait for other 2 months until becoming 1 year when I need to reapply CES service and repay the service fee. I hope other people have better options aside from CGFNS.
CGFNS has a very nice supportable staff, and had help me a lot over my bachelor certification from Brazil into US. They are quick after they receive the documents and very trustful. I recommend it's process 100 percent! = )

It was a little frustrating from onset because my document was not submitted in the proper format needed, but as soon as it was rectified, my evaluation want on smoothly although it toke a little while.

The worst service in United States, slow, unprofessional and rude, how could nursing boards trust them and authorize them to do the CES during endorsement, everyone is trying to save their own jobs, meanwhile they wasted a lot of candidates time.

The worst organization ever. The process is literally really really slow. Pay extra amount for expedition but still ineffective results. Charges huge amount and still consider itself as non-profit organization. Worst customer service. Customer representatives are always in bad mood even if you call first in the morning. Don't listen the questions properly & speaks in loud voice.

The service is great, I received my documents and credential evaluation on time.
Messaged multiple times about my requirements. Sent them an email explaining why i was not able to obtain my license from my COE, and no answer. They wont process until all the requirements are completed. Theyre waiting for a document that I already explained why i don t have.

I can only say awfuuuuul. lazy personnel and irrational. you sould spent your whole life to get one answer from them. they easily reject your document without logical answer. every answer of them will last 1 month. if u have any choice do not use their evaluation center

A zero star for them..i had to give them 1 star to write this review. I would definitely suggest an alternate service if available or acceptable...I have been dealing with CGFNS on two occasions. One for Credential evaluation service (ces) and for a visa screening procedure. Just to recieve 3 documents for ces, cgfns took 8 months of my time..I dont remember how many times I must have called them to follow up with the procedure..They are so lax and such a disappointment. I almost ended up with a nervous breakdown the 1st time I dealt with them. I had to resend my documents several times just because they weren't clear in their forms or because they misplaced my documents. They take their own sweet time to process a document if u dont follow up.They claim a x number of days for processing time...but if u dont follow up they dont even bother to process them which in turn takes 2 to 3 times the x amount of days. This results in a wastage of time, money , time and efforts of international students because coordinating with posts, papers and school work from our respective countries can be very difficult while personally sitting in the USA. CGFNS can literally take you for a ride. I recollect an event where I was continuously following up with a document sent from my school from my hometown ..the tracking id clearly stated that it had reached cgfns, but because of their super functionalities, CGFNS continuously claimed they dint recieve the document.This went on for a month.I thought the postal department was at fault and filed a complaint against them for misplacing important documents..I went insane behind all this nd finally decided to resend the documents.Believe me getting this stuff done from schools isnt an easy job.I decided to fedex the documents this time to avert any kind of petty mistake.. The day my school fedexed my documents the 2nd time, cgfns e- mailed me saying they received the documents sent the first time. How unfair! Dont they keep track of recieved mails?.This is how they treat their clients and believe me they have no remorse over it...I spoke to their manager aNd she behaved as if I was wrong.so rude...that's how they are..

To be frank their customer service is also horrible! Each person has a different answer everytime..they are least bothered to give u the right information or just waive off a customer giving wrong information to shut the call.My toefl results were sent to them ten days back which they havent yet uploaded on the screen.I want to go with an expedite process shelling out a 1000$ just to avoid confronting them.whats the point of taking an expedite if I have to wait for them to print all the information on the screen.Im going through the same trauma..now..Their quality of service is very very poor! I have put in a lot of money on them.Their behavior with international clients is pathetic.My question is would it be the same if they had to deal with residents?
