Had a poor experience here replacing my iPad screen, on meeting worker asked for my iPad password without any explanation, working in the i.t. industry this is a really poor and suspect practice. I refused and asked for a explanation he said to test WiFi functionality I said we can test that when I collect, I was told it would be three days didn't hear back from shop for over a week. I phoned I was told will be 2 day wait, took another 4 days. I recently recommend a friend to have a very simple electronic repair done hear and to be frank I am embarrassed with how shocking his customer experience has been. I will never recommend again and advise not to go here
