If you want honest professional advice on phones, laptops etc these are the guys to talk to. I had a problem recently when I couldn t get on a particular website saying it wasn t secure. After trying the real obvious stuff without any luck I gave them a call and spoke to Ian. Rather than get me down the shop to wipe my devices and take my money, he offered various possibilities for me to try that could solve the issue. Well, one of his ideas worked and everything is back to normal, so thanks again

Had a poor experience here replacing my iPad screen, on meeting worker asked for my iPad password without any explanation, working in the i.t. industry this is a really poor and suspect practice. I refused and asked for a explanation he said to test WiFi functionality I said we can test that when I collect, I was told it would be three days didn't hear back from shop for over a week. I phoned I was told will be 2 day wait, took another 4 days. I recently recommend a friend to have a very simple electronic repair done hear and to be frank I am embarrassed with how shocking his customer experience has been. I will never recommend again and advise not to go here
