I ordered a Steelcase Series 2, Colour - Airback New Black Jack.
1) The lumbar support is not adjustable but the support is still good.
2) The wheels are really smooth.
3) The downside is the chair fabric is very rough, it is like sitting on sand paper especially if you wear a shorts.
unacceptably low level of customer service for high priced products. received an automated email advising a customer representative would contact to organise delivery. no response after 5 days. 7 days later receive another automated email telling me it will arrive sometime in a 9 hour window on Tuesday. wishing i had never bought it in the first place

Enquired about prices 3 weeks ago. Went in once and called over three times, yet neither the sales representative, the sales director nor the receptionist got back to me. Receptionist sent me an incorrect e-mail address of the sales director.

Their desk is ideal for home office. The size and height of the desk is just perfect for resting the arms while using the mouse. It doesn t take up much space and the storage corner is another plus point. Bought this because my office is also using their furniture. Love it.
Loving their chair too. It has features that enable long hours of comfort sitting. Especially while working from home, using computer all day long.
Closed for renovation and no information was shared on anywhere. Wasted time and trip. Ridiculous.
