CFEC has the best employees! During and after our...

CFEC has the best employees! During and after our last hurricane, your employees worked around the clock to rebuild our power grid. We were online within a few days which is a miracle given all the damage. All year long, these heroes are on the job, keeping our power on. We sincerely appreciate all of your efforts!

worst power company on earth sneaks thru my locked gate and mutilated trees that were no threat to any power lines, nearly ran over my dog. if u go solar they only give back 2cents per kilowatt. dont move into their juristiction

I've lived in "the sticks" my whole life and have dealt with different electrical companies. This one has been the worst. I've never had the issue with power outages anywhere like I do here. They seem to have no reason behind them, in fact they happen more during clear weather than any other kind of weather. They happen on a regular basis and generally last over an hour everytime. I wish we had another option in this area.

Horrible company, as they are an Electric co-op, they are to share financial information with customers and we should receive an annual update from them about the CFEC account. As a member for over 19 years they have never sent a statement as where they/we stand?

These meter reader's and Billy are the best people I've ever talked to . I have only lived in Bronson for a little over a year and people like these make me glad I did. They answer questions , great opinions and advice and are truly nice to talk to . Thanks again for great service.

This is by far the worst electric company I have had. Customer service is rude and will not listen to your needs. You basically will pay a extra fee no matter how payment is made for convenience reason, Nothing is convenient about getting tossed around by these people to pay your bill. The older woman who takes the phone calls is crusty and rude every time I have called. If I could pick my own company for my area I would have. One star is far fetch for this place.

Terrible Corp. All about intake of money, not the customer. I signed up for auto draft and the first month they hit my bank account 2 weeks before they should have causing a whole bunch of other checks to bounce. They admit it was a computer glitch but wont supply a letter so I can clear up my bank account. Unbelievable!

Got our new home with a late afternoon closing. Then...got the opportunity to go turn the power back on. The customer service at the power company was fast...efficient ...and very very helpful.
And they got the power on at the new home...late on a Friday...with pleasant attitudes and smiles.

Typical scenario: several outages (like tonight). The largest affects about 78 families. Another affects 1 family. Guess which one has a crew dispatched? Yes. The 1 family outage. Guess there are benefits to being on the co-op's board of directors.. More reasons for the low rating: outage map sometimes shows Texas, rather than Florida. Why? Also every time the map updates, the outage locations change. Been like this for years. Guess no one at the management level cares very much about its customers, unless you are a board member. Then your lights are never out for very long.

During hurricane outtages they serviced my Mom who has medical equipment that needs power and she doesn't own a generator so we have her on a priority list for people with medical needs to get power restore as promptly as they can and I'm impressed with how quickly they were able to restore service to her area (she's in the Fanning Springs Annex area), even when we had Hurricane Irma. I commend the field workers for taking on that repair load as some of THOSE workers families didn't even have service, yet, to their homes and they were out working until late of the night trying to get their customers services up and running. Thank you!!! Customer service has been great. I've never had any issues. I'm glad my services are with CFEC instead of the big dog companies around here. My bills are affordable and not going to take advantage of me as I see extra credit being credited to my bill each month. How often can you say that about the Other companies? I'm very pleased with this company.

No trouble ever reporting an outage. Only problems have been during hurricanes. Out of power twice for 3 days each time in 2004. Right now after Irma, still waiting for power. Has been 4 days.No trouble with regular outages being fixed.

Rude Roberta strikes again... The worst CSR you could have. Condescending, irritated, just the worst... But, you guys know all about it. Still there, no training, no improvement, no change...

I wish I could give less stars. What gives you guys the right to come butcher my trees. Trimming I understand however this is horrible. What are my options for electric? Basically I'm stuck and have no consumer recourse. I've called and the right of way manager told me to trim the damaged trees from the tree service myself. If I told my customers that I wouldn't have a job.
