Graduated with a baccalaureate pro TU with the CFAI Provence, currently in the 2nd year of BTS CPRP which will surely materialize with the obtaining of this diploma. Welcomed by the high school of the rampart in relation with the CFAI, everything passes at best, machines at disposal, technological equipment as well as staff supervising to the listening.
Very nice workshops! Which are not used for much because very little used .... It is the same for the "superb" VR equipment ... What decorative investments and very little investment to guarantee quality training for learners.
CFAI puts its business interests ahead of actual learning. The organization of the events is unworthy of an allegedly "good" establishment.
Empty courses, without trainers at the end of the year (2 weeks, 5 days per week, 7 hours per day).
The few people with whom we were able to get in touch to resolve the concerns encountered during the year were able to show a certain bad time brilliantly.
Departure of several important professors following concerns of understanding with the direction. The latter were of course slow to be replaced.
The BTS repository is obviously unknown to everyone ... Fortunately, the internet has been able to inform us about certain tests.
All the art of demotivating the most struggling students.
Fortunately, we could count on the support of certain teachers throughout these two years.
Anyway, I got my diploma. Thank you to the real actors of the CFAI.
Very bad support! Prof at the edge of incompetence pushing the resignation of the students having the most difficulties (history not to lower the stats)
Oh yes it's true ! They lend an Ipad! To do what ? Nobody knows ... an unnecessary expense of means ... and they ask to bring back our own tools and in addition we manufacture ourselves the machines on which we work (ordering parts, quotes, etc ...)
I did not have my bts on the first attempt but I then had it as a free candidate while I was working full time ... to say that this CFA is more a handicap than anything else ...
After having read the answers of certain opinions which seem fair enough to me, I would like to share my experience within CFAI Provence:
I was therefore in the section of the BTS Aeronautics 2020, in the new hangar (showcase of this establishment) where we only had a few practical work classes over the two years of training, even during the hours provided for this purpose. were doing other things (eg getting out the planes to make room for the inauguration where we weren't invited). Or a brand new simulation room that we've never used but that is shown on every visit.
Some of the trainers were objective and lead us to success while others kept telling us that they had done their recruitment badly and that we did not have our place here but also that they had no desire to teach us. Which is quite limited for a so-called "good" establishment.
With the Covid we had Visio courses, which went very well with some but which were a disaster for others: we had the course and a test at the end (without hearing any news from the trainer during the three hours course) which showed their interest in the course.
We did not have any physics lessons during the first year (resignation of a trainer), during our second year one of our main practical work teachers left (due to problems of understanding) and this one has never been replaced ...
I have never had more desire to go to school than during the two years of training, which is what came out for more than 80% of the students in the section.
I suspect that the trainers will read my comment to their students saying that I was not a good element and that they do not know who I am talking about (as they told us for two years) but after reflection I find myself in the same situation as all the negative opinions on this CFAI!
Ps: Despite all that I got my BTS.

Discrimination, relentlessness, few aero workshop which spoils the work of some good teachers
I spent 3 years at CFAI Provence. 2 years of pro aeronautics baccalaureate and the 1st year of additional mention made by the CFA. As the 2 years of professional bac have gone more or less well as the additional mention was a big joke.
Trainers who discovered the aberrations of the courses at the same time as us (fortunately THEY are competent), training MCQs almost absent. Fortunately we were a hard worker and that we worked our modules alone
Each time we had 80% success, then module 11 arrived ... incomprehensible courses, clafis of mistakes, with for example written "the future A380" in 2017 it had been flying for 10 years !!
This module only runs around the A380 anyway.
Result 0% success ...
When we debrief the section pilot only tells us that we have not worked enough
It has now been 4 years that the CFAI passes the additional mentions and it still has 0% success in this module but no one asks questions within the establishment. It's starting to make a lot of students who have not worked enough on their module as the officials said
If still we had been the only session to have all missed I could understand but 4 years in a row there is something to ask questions !!
We were told that the modules are going to be revised and yet they are still exactly the same.
Every year since my departure, I have been working with apprentices with additional specialization and they all have the same feeling and the same apprehension towards this famous module.
I suddenly had to retake my module 11 to validate my license I went to another establishment to have real training MCQs, real courses but above all real chances of succeeding which is not the case at the CFAI
Training center practicing the hard work towards the students, harassment moral so that the pupils in difficulty resigns.
Absence of atlier courses For the aero sector, which seriously affects the learning and the acquisition of diplomas.
