Excellent,using this store since 2005 an staff is always helpful.Great selection of gear as well

Staff are idiots, potheads with no grace, dignity or professionalism. The manager was so rude, I couldn't believe he was being paid to provide a service at work. I complained about him, he started shouting at me that I'm taking up too much time viewing the products. If I'm buying a 2nd hand phone, I'm going to inspect it properly and not be bullied into rushing to buy one. If you rush me, I'll go elsewhere with my money and I did. I sent an email to head office about him, but they sent me a very formal response that seemed like a template auto response to complaints lol, I didn't feel at all anything would be addressed, and I wasn't offered any incentive like store credit for such a bad experience. I never returned to Cex there and after reading awful reviews about people buying their technology and it never working and them never refunding it or claiming the customer had broken it or, charging money and not delivering items and not responding from head office... I am definitely not bothering at ALL.

Friendly customer service. Hunt for a deal and don't rush. Ive been using and reusing games for years, lagging only a few months from date of release. Saved a small fortune!

Compare prices, and check stock levels, online before you go and then you shouldn't be disappointed.

I wasn t very impressed with their customer service.

The customer service was terrible. They took too long and the phone I had reserved was damaged. A total disaster and waste of time.

Some of the stuff is cheaper new. On last visit nearly all amazon devices were on sale at amazonUK for less than older, used versions in store. Their 2 year warranty is limited to 'defects in manufacture', I'm not sure how you prove that in an actual case. Suggest you always check online auctions and stores before buying or selling here.

Absolutly atrocious.

Told to wait 30 minutes for the testing process (accessory traded in). 1 hour later, nobody is giving me an update, nobody is telling me what the next steps are.

I love CeX but this particular branch is a nightmare

The guys at cex is great and very helpful I have visited them and purchased a ton of devices and would highly recommend them. The product prices are incomparable to others and the fact that they give you 2 years warranty on all purchases is crazy. Even if you buy a 6 year old phone you have 2 years warranty?!?! How can you beat that?

Very busy little store but the staff were diligently working to provide the best service possible. Products were supplied in particularly good condition i.e. a "B" grade item was visually "A" grade with just missing packaging. If I would make just one improvement it would be to tidy up the appearance both internally and externally.

I really like this place. Am not a gamer but the selection of games is incredible. I love films. At the weekend i like to watch as many as i can. That's where the 50p per film shelves come in. These are generally older or cheesy quality, but i always find a load that i want. Also got the newer releases at decent prices. They do box sets, comedies, tv series boxes, anime (one of my personal favourites), and wrestling dvds. They're biggest sales are from second hand gaming systems, computers, laptops, ipads and phones. Everything is in great condition, but if there are any problems, they have great customer service and complete warranties. Well worth a visit.

Nice little shop with plenty electronics like laptops, PC's, GPS/Sat Nav devices, Mobile Phones, Games etc plenty of other goods! Conserning point; I was told in case of any return/refund the shop will only give me back a CEX shop voucher to buy other goods in the shop and not a proper refund like cash for cash! That's not even legal I think? Probably a busynes standard audit is needed on this location

I got a pretty nice new Monitor from here. The customer service was on point too, Eyaz let us test the monitor before buying and had an overall positive vibe which adds to the experience overall. Thanks guys!
