I have used Certified Carpet Systems for several years.........they are the best! Jeff and his employees are nice people to work with, dependable and on time. I have a cat that throws up and they were able to get stain out of my dining room chairs and well as my white carpet.

We have used Jeff and his son for carpet cleaning for over 15 years. Super friendly, honest and professional team. We have used other companies in the past and no one does the job that Certified Carpet Systems does. Also, THEIR PRICES CAN T BE BEAT!

We used them a time or two. Carpet was cleaned okay and we paid them. I accidentally left my wallet there when they did the work. I did notice That several hundred That was in my wallet before I left was mysteriously missing after I got back. I called them up and left them a voicemail to let them know so that no other customers would be harmed. No courtesy call back. They also have the nerve to keep sending me advertisements in the mail. Be aware. I will not be using them again.

First time cleaning our carpets. Our carpets had several stains and were very dirty. He cleaned the carpets once and then went back over everything on his hands and knees! We were very impressed. Our carpets look brand new! Duane came out and quoted us a VERY reasonable price and cleaned the carpets right then which was awesome! He was on time, very sweet and very helpful with all of my questions. After he was done, him and I even sat down and chatted about our families and hobbies. We will definitely be having them clean our carpets from now on!!

Jeff and Jeffrey did great work for us at our business. They were professional, courteous, and ultimately cleaned the carpets very well at a reasonable price. We will be using them again!

Certified Carpet Systems was phenomenal from start to finish. Our carpet is builder-grade and 14 years old. Add to that fact we have 8 kids, 7 of whom are boys. I m sure you can imagine the challenge facing Duane and Jeff.

We ve had our carpet cleaned by other companies in the past with very unsatisfactory results. I was resigned that our carpet would never actually look better, but at least it would be clean. Duane and Jeff proved me wrong. First, they spot-treated all the high-traffic areas and spots. Then and I could hardly believe my eyes they both literally got down on their hands and knees and scrubbed each spot with a bar of Fels-Naptha soap. During the actual carpet cleaning process, they got down on their hands and knees numerous times to scrub extra with the cleaning machine in high-traffic areas. When they were finished, I was in awe of the beautiful carpet they revealed. I did not think it was possible to have such amazing results.

They also cleaned our couches and an area rug all with excellent results.

I highly recommend Certified Carpet Systems. In my 53 years, I ve never hired a carpet cleaning company with such excellent and superior work ethic and results.

HORRIBLE!!! Spent barely an hour in my house, charged me over 300$. Asked them before we started to clean behind my couches., that was the only big items I asked to move. Both said they would, never touch them. One didn't even bother to move a floor lamp. NEVER AGAIN!!
