The management need to be changed.Don't know how to behave with employee.Man , if you don't know how to manage employee just give it up.I was employed with 3rd party hiring agency.[staffing Agency] Couple of times i report management for their safety practices.Due to this i am become blacklisted.When I applied to get hire here the HR manger and Mr frank directly told me not to hire.What a racism.I quit the job only for their bad safety practices.I was A and P technician and i was employed to work on their 400 v ac hanger electric system repair.We are A and P not certified california licensed electrician.They cutting cost of electrician and I forced to do that.I repaired their truck, jack lifter that none of the A and P Course authorize or FAA authorize to repair jacklift.Cerrified jacklift repair man should do it. I want CAS should improve their practice and improve their fair hiring policy.
