The professors are okay. The reason I put a one star is because If they see any opportunity to get your money they will. At the time i was attending the college no one wanted to help me and instead told me I had to just pay the amount. I called not so long ago and they told me I could of done something but now it s too late.. make sure you always question everything and make a big deal or else you won t get help from anyone .. I ended up finding out I didn t have to pay it but it s too late now to do the process I needed to at the time. So now I have to pay it. I attended 3 other colleges and never had a problem . Just this one college. Save your money and go somewhere else . Not worth it.

Absolutely great service school, wonderful teachers and I have never attended a school where they are so keen on helping you with your future! The only con I've ever had was lack of counselors and how its extremely hard to book one. You have to stay up until midnight on a Monday to book an appointment because by the time 8 am pulls through, they are already booked up.

I went here for several years. The quality of teachers is fantastic, I rarely had a concern for my grades or for their ability to teach me the material. However, I do not have the same compliments for some of the administrative and counseling staff. There are some Admissions staff that were helpful and kind, while others could not care less that there were endless issues within the system. As a returning student, I was shocked and upset over the lack of concern and subpar help I received after my application couldn t be processed and I was unable to apply for classes in time. Don t bother emailing Admissions, they will not reply to you - call and call and call. Highest praise to Rinda Kaing for actually trying to help me and expressing her care & concern for my application issue. The online portals are irritating, non-functional at times, and difficult to navigate. If i hadn t had step-by-step help from a former student (my aunt), i would have been unable to understand how to apply for classes at all. There is no parking structure on campus, only enormous parking lots where it s difficult to find a space in time for class. Be careful when selecting your Counselor / Academic advisor. I ve met with some that have no concern for your path to a UC or Cal state and rather treat your scheduled sessions as a therapy appointment rather than a guiding meeting to solidify your future. However, I have also met with counselors that were extremely helpful and pointed in their efforts to help me. Overall, the help and support you receive here is very hit or miss. Shop around if and when you can. Would I go back here? I wish there was a closer college that I had the option to attend, because Cerritos gave me my associates degree and chronic migraines.
