Century Eslon Limited Review

This is the most confused company I've ever dealt with in my entire life, be it locally or foreign.
I placed an order through their sales representative three weeks ago, after the first week I started messaging the sale rep who never answered my calls nor responded to my messages. I did however got a response after the second week where I was promised to get my order delivered. It now the beginning of the third week so I tried contacting the sales rep once again and to no advil I did not get a response, this time I decided to call the company directly to get an update on my order and also to voice my dissatisfaction with regards to customer service. I was directed to the sales department which never answered my calls, after 10 attempts I called the company again and was given a different number to call, as you may have guessed by now, no answer after several attempts.
PS. this is a cash sale, for a couple of thousands of dollars, so I'm guessing, this company is to busy for small customers or the owners are rich enough and don't need more business.

Maybe their products are good but who knows since I could not get any help over the phone. Awful customer service... take your business else where if you could!

No web page and bad customer service on the phone and at the point of sale

Helpful warehouse staff but prices on items on display were wrong.... staff said it was changed 6 months ago and no one updated..... I had to pay higher prices.... also security personnel has no idea about what is stored in the different warehouses because i was sent up and down the street to different ones..... took me over an hour to get four items.....
