I recently used the online services of this bank, and I found the website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I did encounter some issues with their mobile app, which seemed to be a bit outdated and had some glitches. Additionally, I found their customer service to be somewhat slow in responding to my inquiries. On the positive side, I appreciated the variety of financial products offered by the bank, and the in-branch staff were always polite and helpful. Overall, my experience was average. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of technology and customer service responsiveness.
