What a pleasure to work with C21 Fox Properties, for both buying and selling our homes.
From Start to Finish, they made the process swiftly, informatively and most of all personal.
We were so impressed on how within minutes of a call or email to them it was answered immediately.

Specifically Kimberley Fox and Danny McIntosh are so knowledgeable of the area in every aspect ,
and the process, for us - every dealing with them has been beyond our expectations.

If I could give negative stars I certainly would. WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT company EVER in dealing with rental property. RENT IS NEVER collected or SENT to home owner until it s a month late. If you re A lucky Home owner you might get it before the 17th of the month or end of the month or by the time the next months rent is due. Heaven help you if you live out of state thousands of miles away. Most untrustworthy people ever.

Terrible. From Day 1. Poor communication, customer service and lack of knowledge when it comes to hiring professional vendors. Really wish there was a communication line between the tenants and home owners. All you get are excuses here. Would definitely not recommend.

Keith and Kim Allen worked very well for my husband and I even after the purchase of our first home. We even used them to sell our house when we were moving. The house sold in a week and the sale went very smoothly! I would highly recommend using them!

Worse company ever they never Fox any problems with their properties. We call over and over only to be ignored by them. They are rude with horrible customer service I was told if I don't like the conditions of the home then I need to move.

A professional real estate firm that takes the interest in each and every client. I know of several other folks in Savannah who have said same and recommended Kimberley to me.

We have been renters for more than a year. We are both professional who are renting between owning houses because of the market. Fox Property management is unresponsive and unprofessional. Our calls go unreturned. The punch list of repairs from move in was never complete. When the leaking roof finally was fixed after weeks of raining into the kitchen, we gave up on the remainder of the list. Those repairs and others reported are never made. Excuses are the only reaction of this property manager. Our air conditioning has been out for 3 days. No returned calls, no returned voicemails, no returned text messages. Repairs reported in January are still not complete. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a property manager.

Beth was an absolute delight to work with! She made our relocation to Savannah not only smooth but also fun. She helped us understand and learn about the area and helped us find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. She is friendly, professional and I just can't recommend her highly enough. We are grateful for her expertise and would definitely use her again if we ever move!

I wouldn't recommend anyone but Keith Allen when it comes to buying a home. He helped my husband and I purchase our very first home and although we hit some speed bumps, he went above and beyond to help us and we felt like he really was there for us every step of the way. :)

A few roommates and I rented a home from Cortney Elwood (realtor) and over the course of 3.5 years nothing was ever fixed. The lanolium in the kitchen was peeling and discolored, the roof opened up and caused the garage to cave in. The roof was repaired by insurance but the garage was still caved in and rotten garage door. The deck was rotted in both the front and back yards with rusty nails coming out everywhere. There were rodents climbing through the duct work and house in complete disrepair. The realtor that owned this house knew of all of these issues and even stated that it was all due to age and needed to be repaired. Well, after moving out she decided to keep all of the security deposit secondary to supposed issues she said were caused by the tenants. This happens all too frequently at the expense of the tenant. Honesty and integrity go hand in hand, I would not suggest renting from this realtor!

They were immediately dismissive of us because claiming it wouldn't work for us and ultimately refused to show us the house. Definitely do not want to work with this company again.

I moved to Savannah 15 years ago and Kimberley Fox was my buyers agent for a residential purchase. It was by far the best experience I ever had with buying a home. She communicated with the builder, sent pictures on a regular basis (I was 1200 miles away), and was with me every step of the way. She was an amazing advocate and staunch supporter. Since then, I have recommended her to dozens of people...all whom have told me how amazing Fox Properties is and many have become repeat clients like me. She continues to be my top recommendation for those who are looking to sell, buy, or rent residential or commercial properties in the Savannah and surrounding areas!!!

Made promises before I got to the house, none were done. They made a list of things to be done within 14 days of move in, once again, none were ever done. Broke the terms of their own lease the first week. Once the owner and myself got to speak we realized that neither of us had be getting any communication passed between us at all.
Not a bit professional. Had one of their representatives tell me their managed homes are half the number they once were...shocker !!

First let m start by saying I was impressed with Mr. Lee and his professionalism before I signed my contract with Fox Reality. After I signed my contract I realized that I signed with the wrong company to handle my real estate affairs. Its been 3 months now and I have not been paid on time once. When I call to inquire about payment I get the run around. Most professional will call you back and apologize for any convenience but Fox reality does not acknowledge any wrong doing and I'm stuck call them begging for a deposit of my money..... I'm very disappointed with Fox reality and wish my year was up so I can move on a more reliable, professional establishment.

Kimberley Fox is the best, most professional agent in the business. However, more importantly to me was the way that she made our family feel as though we were her only clients. Kimberley sold us our home in Springfield, GA and later helped us sell that same home. After all these years, she continues to check in with us. I spoke with an agent briefly, the element of customer service did not exist. Upon inquiring about a newly listed property, the agent I spoke with seemed very uninformed; they hadn't even seen their own exclusive listing and had no idea when the last housing bubble had occurred. The agent was very unprofessional. I would rather pay more for a house elsewhere just to avoid rewarding this business for enabling such poor quality selling agents.

My wife and I had the best experience with Century 21! Keith and Kimber Allen were amazing and made the home buying process simple and easy for us and were awesome to work with. We love them!!

This is by far the worst place to rent houses through that I have ever experienced. From move in to move out promises were never kept. Getting in touch with someone about every issue we had was hard and most of the time it took unreasonable amounts of time for a reply. Every person we came into contact with after signing a lease was very rude. I personally would never recommend anyone to rent from this company!
