listed property as is and a real estate agent didn't List It as is because of a dual agent and on the property said non rental then calls me about renting until they are cleared for the loan and if they're not qualified for a loan which have been done before any paperwork was done it take me six months to get them on my property and I have zero days from the time I signed the paper to get my property out so that way she could take all my furniture and everything else

Kelli walker WAS my realtor until she rented my house.she has four extra people living there that's not on the lease.she agreed on a checklist reveiw at noon and I came from Jackson to Westland to do the checklist and she had the police make me leave.this is not a professional realtor by no means.she has done cash deals without her broker.i DO NOT recommend Kelli walker she is a horrible tenant and caused me to hire a lawyer.

this place is a complete joke....wasted a month working with an agent who i will not name...he/she was inconsistent, non responsive, lazy and reckless....after i complained to the "manager/ "owner"...i was treated like a liar and was completely disrespected.....never received an apology or a follow up....i wish i could give this place negative stars....if you are looking for help finding a home; run as far as you can from this place......unfortunately, google requires at least one star to be selected for post, but they deserve no stars.....

I highly recommend Noel ! Three years ago she sold mine and my husband's first home, she was so patient with us and always available when we needed her. She was very honest with us on which houses would be great to look at and did not waste any time with house that we would not be interested in. Noel was recommended to us by a close friend when we first started looking for our first home. Now, three years to present day we sold our home in Westland and Noel helped us figure out what we needed to do. She recommended a great cleaning person to make our house look spotless as well ! We put our house on the market on a Wednesday and by Saturday we had accepted an offer! Now we have closed on our houseand I could not be happier with the whole process of it!
