Bad environment and bad service. Enter the first time for the inscription on the Unemployment list and then you are left to yourself. After many years of nominations for pre-selection offers, I have never received a call. It is yet another bureaucratic bandwagon, made only to receive state contributions, where the present staff is amorphous, simple passacarte, useful only to collect data and receive a salary. I would like to know how many, which profiles and how (recommendations?) They managed over time to fix. Bulletin boards are often poorly assorted, and what is much more serious are not updated. It is better to check the job offers through the site, at least save a useless trip. As for the part of vocational training, there are collectors where there are numerous opportunities that have the limit of being little expendable, in the "real" market of work.

The job boards are ridiculous and with very few ads.
When you propose for a pre-selection they ask you infinite questions and look at you with a strange expression (attitude that cannot be commented, since if you propose it means that you know you have the required requirements) ..
If you ask to be able to do an internship, you are immediately liquidated by telling you to find the company and agree, and then return to them for the practices.
They make you sign papers with the words:
personalized service agreement,
orientation interviews (which are absent or ridiculous and often when you talk about CVs are fixed only on your past working dates), activation pact and possible profiling, participation in initiatives and workshops for the strengthening of skills in active job search, retraining, initiatives, job offers ... but !?

But what do you really do in practice?
Sometimes someone places it, maybe it will be luck or maybe it will be ..
but still mostly it looks like a bureaucratic farce, or one of those things made just to collect state contributions.
It is all so demoralizing that you never come back, and you are convinced that it is just a great waste of time and you do much else before you go elsewhere.

It's gross, I've been enrolled in protected categories for 10 years and nothing has ever come out.
