Centriq insurance Review

I gave this company 5 stars due to their excellent service in fraud. They deducted from my pay slip without ever signing anything or been anywhere near their office. They are very desperate and I never really knew anything about this company until I checked why I was a bit low in my net income. That's when I learned that I'm sharing my salary with CENTRIQ INSURANCE COMPANY that I did not even know it existed. Proof is taken from my pay slip

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH INSURANCE!

They are more than happy to sell you a contract, however when the time comes for them to pay they refuse to do so. Even if there are no valid reason for them not to pay.

I sent my car in for a repair and the bill came back as R28000, the claim for this amount was sent to them. The plan I was on should cover up to R35500 for a repair like this, however they only paid R3500, while my contract clearly states all the amounts to be covered.

When I pointed out all their errors, and that they didn't hold up the terms of my contract, they refused to help me any further.

Do not use this company at all! Horrible customer service, and a bunch of incompetent people working for them.

Called but no answer but when they did they dropped my call.
