Centrinex is a great place to work! There is room for promotions and bonus potential. In under 4 weeks I was promoted. If you work hard they notice and reward you for it. I admire the management and how hard they work and I appreciate their support. I love working here and have great co-workers. The health benefits are great too!
Very unorganized. Most of the coworkers are nice. As far as supervisor and management goes, it is horrible. Bad communication skills, talk very nasty/ down on you. Supervisor didn t seem to care much about others feelings. They have a huge turn over rate because people are constantly quitting due to the unprofessional actions that are displayed. Would not recommend working here.
I have worked here 1 year and half my team is great my immediate supervisor always there to explain anything I am stuck on or any changes on are portfolios. The only downside I have is restrooms when it comes to adults being clean and courtesy of the environment they are in. And dresscode not being complete followed.
I have worked for Centrinex for over 9 years. I have enjoyed working with the many diverse colleagues. I especially enjoy working with Alex. He is the only Manager I would want to work with. He has gone out of his way to make sure I'm able to get to and from my car in bad weather safely and listens to my concerns. I enjoy speaking with our clients and helping them. The Centrinex family is a special one, you are able to speak with any management person without fear of repercussions. If you are considering working at a call center, I highly recommend Centrinex!
Worst work experience ever. It s the Covid 19 era. They claim they will make safety a primary deal. Even have you sign a fake agreement that you won t be asked to share equipment. I m a pregnant first time mother. I was told I would be surely taken care of. They lied. They forced me to share computers and equipment during training that was 90% them bashing the president and my religion. After two days of being forced to share the same computer I got sick. They fired me on the spot. Lied about if something happens they wouldn t fire us. I m now devistated and struggling because they lied 100%. Do NOT work here !!!!!
I absolutely love working here. My supervisors are great and they really worked with me when life happened. The people I work with are like family.
This is the worst place to work for. Unprofessional and unorganized. If I would have known before the interview; I would not have applied and accept any offer. The cultural is bad. You can wear whatever you want. Not conservative enough for me to work here. Management is a joke and the training sucked. Three days of training is not enough time to learn the job and the systems. They really want to micromanagement the employees. Do not apply at this place of business. It is not customer service; this company process loans, and it's all outbound calls not inbound and they have a script for you to read. Run away!!!
This company has been very good to me and my family and I have had the privilege of working for them for several years. As a long time call center employee I can tell you they are the best I have seen from the top down. The Owner and Operations Managers are great people and great to work for. They encourage you to be your best and will teach you skills that you will be able to use anywhere you go in life.
Been working her awhile now , I enjoy the atmosphere, and the pace of the job. Supervisors willing to teach & opportunities to grow.
I work here and so far so good but only been there about three weeks. Nice people, great interview experience and alot of support to help you out when you need it
