Terrible experience. Was billed several times for invoices 6 and 8 months old. Have a service plan and was told we need to clean it better to eliminate black streaks. Would not recommend at all.

If you need printers, copiers, scanners and great service, Centric is the place to go!

Paper industry is dying. These guys are trying their best to stay afloat even if it means gouging their customers.

Dishonest and unfair pricing. Tech guys are unreliable. Whenever we need help they say its not their problem. Poor company

There should be an option of 0 stars. After paying over $33000 over a 6 year lease for a $1000 machine; Centric would not let me out of the lease because I did not inform them "In writing" in time. I did however tell the sales rep face to face while he was in my office. They claimed that conversation never took place. I now have to pay $250/mo for 26 months for a $300 machine.

Centric has put our company in a difficult financial predicament. We have leased a machine that cost $1000 for a period of 6 years. This lease amounted to well over $33K! They did not honor a face to face conversation that explained our need to terminate the lease. The lease auto renewed and we are now stuck with a $250/mo lease for 26 months. The current machine is a basic desktop that you can buy from Best Buy for $300. Very disappointed and aggravated with this company.

From delivery to setup, first class. Matt provided a followup just to make sure we were satisfied. Very helpful.

Swindlers, dishonest, lazy. Hard to communicate with.

Terrible service. The sales person lied to us on the front end. They gave us a known faulty model that we had to fight with them for 9 months to replace. Communication about services is nonexistent- sometimes they don t answer for days and then they show up randomly without notice during the middle of a busy work day. Absolute worst.
