I tested a treatment with them that left me with scars and stains, I don't even know if it will ever go away. Excruciating pain during the session (which shows that it is better not to trust the videos on the internet that say that a treatment is painless) and no difference before / after despite the guaranteed results from the first session. The doctor insisted on whether I was sure I didn't see any difference, which I found quite annoying, if he doesn't want to believe his patients, he just has to take before / after pictures. .. He offered no compensation for the hundreds of euros thrown out the window. In addition, I paid for the treatment a little more than what is indicated on the site and that, without any reason or explanation. I will not be going back.
I put 2 stars for the premises and the reception.

Very professional center, excellent reception, very competitive prices.
I am delighted with the results for the various acts performed, only by doctors, hair removal and cryolipolysis.

To flee! I did a Plexr session with Dr. Bar ...... it's been over a year now and my skin is still not back to normal.
I was completely burned! The eviction is not 5-6j as announced! She was for me about 3 weeks!
I was extremely swollen, huge crusts, really distorted face. I went through all the stages, swollen to the point of barely being able to open my eyes, and once the crusts fell my eyes were changed as a circumflex (round eyes) during 3 days, then the redness and the skin completely damaged!
I had not been warned of all these consequences, it seemed to me that this intervention was light, to avoid surgery. This is not the case! To choose I should have done a blepharoplasty, the consequences would have been all as long (see less because the redness is still there) but the result, the nothing!
The redness on the eyelids at the end of the session are still present although less marked. Indeed, I was very red (hardly makeup as the skin was damaged, dry and rough) for 6 months.
And the more than a year, the texture and even the color of the skin of my eyelids is much thinner and a little more tinted, I'm not sure to find the texture before.
I had warned the doctor, we had exchanged messages because I was abroad at this time. He told me that he had warned the manufacturer of the machine and that the redness was variable from one person to another and sent me a prescription for a cream (Locoid).
In short the harm was done, what could he say more.

I went to the center in 2011 for the half legs, I was well advised by the doctor who welcomed me who completely informed me about the method implemented, the expected consequences and the expected effect. In particular, I was told that the result would probably not be perfect given my hair. In the end, the result was very correct, not absolutely perfect, but I had been informed of it from the start. Hair removal has held perfectly since 2011, with a few passages from time to time (once every two or three years maximum) to maintain, if and when the need arises, and the last time in early February 2018 (i n '' had not been there, because no need, since 2014). A good performance, I recommend.

The doctor who received me for the consultation was very rude to me. For her, it is impossible to treat my sun spots by laser because I have too many. In fact in this center he did not have the laser. In addition I paid the consultation 45 euros to tell me to go see a dermatologist. For advice do not go get laser here !!!!

I was treated at the Center Laser Sorbonne this year for hair removal
definitive laser and am very satisfied with it. During the first information meeting, I was received by a doctor who gave me all the explanations relating to the treatment and answered all my questions. He provided me with a quote with the number of sessions required and advice so that the treatment went as smoothly as possible.
I saw results from the first session. The first cycle of hair fell out, and the next cycle took several weeks to grow back. As the meetings went, my hair decreased. I have never seen a burn, paradoxical regrowth or other side effects. Today, after 6 sessions, the targeted area is almost free of all its hair. I recommend this center which has given me good results thanks to a painless treatment, at a fair price. I particularly appreciated the welcome from the smiling receptionists, the real follow-up by a competent doctor and the clean and pleasant premises.

It's been a long time since I went to those scam center and I'm surprised that it is still open Appointment to treat my acne after 4 sessions I am told to take 4 things that I did not do because no results from other center its much more competent and luckily less expensive than the first appointment and free for diagnosis.

Patient for more than 10 years, I followed several different anti-aging protocols (laser, Endymedes, Vela, Hifu) with which I was fully satisfied.
Strengths: availability of doctors, clarity of quotes, reasonable pricing for very professional care.
Recently I have injected and the result is very positive.
I recommend this Center for its seriousness and the quality of its speakers.

I have been going for many years now for definitive hair removal on several parts of the body. Ms. Bitoun was very transparent and warned me at the time that my puberty was not over (16 years), hairs would return what has been the case. I had more sessions than normal but I preferred that to wait several years before starting. I have never been burned and the results are impressive, I do not regret absolutely (22 years)!

I did not have a disappointed mole removal. I did remove some unsightly spider veins not disappointed. I did not disappoint in the co2 laser. First under the lower eyelids, good maintenance / preservation result. Disappearance of redness in 2 weeks with constant attenuation over the days. then also all over the face to smooth the grain, remove skin imperfections and restore a "natural" glow. Note that you shouldn't go out too much because for 2/3 days because you look like the Bodgadoff brothers. In 6 days I would say that the face has returned to normal with obviously redness but possibility of foundation. The post-Acte cicalfate cream is compulsory for good healing. In terms of the ingredients in the cream I would say average +. But very effective. I have phototype 1 and I heal very well. This is to be taken into account for profiles who would like to do so. Professionalism of care. I have almost no complaints about this center. I can only advise him.

I used the Sorbonne center for varicosities.

During the 1st session, the treatment and the price were presented to me,
to know sessions of a quarter of an hour to 150 , which I accepted, with a
warning about the pain that could be severe for some.

All having passed well the first time, it is in confidence that I went to the second session, and there, the torture!

Because contrary to what was announced to me the first time, the meeting did not last 1/4 hour but 1/2 hour, without that it was announced to me at the beginning of the session.

And of course I had to pay 300 ! Fortunately I was able to settle, although I wonder, in view of the result, if I did well.

Not once did Dr. Jeanson ask me if it was ok, neither during nor after, I would have been an object that would not have been different, the warning about the pain made me endure it more than
Hardly, but I thought it was only 1/4 hour and only pain made me endless.

Already on leaving, the burns oozed but the following days, these burns became terrible scabs that I tried all summer to hide.

After 7 months I still have purple spots on my leg which I wonder if I will be cleared one day.

There are only doctors in this center so it's very reassuring. The welcome is friendly and the variety of care offered is wide with good value for money compared to a traditional doctor's office.

I went to the fume cupboard laser center in early 2020 to do the Kleresca acne treatment. Having suffered from acne for several years, I wanted to try a new technique that was gentler than what I had experienced in the past. Obviously anxious before starting the treatment, I was very well taken care of by the doctors on site who were able to be very reassuring and explain the treatment process to me. After several months, I can clearly see positive results on my acne which has greatly diminished. The only side effect but not unpleasant was a tanned effect for the duration of the treatment 6 weeks in the spring lol which then disappeared.We feel really confident there I recommend

If you have black skin to escape, do not put your feet I was burned! I told the doctor during the act which basically made me understand that I am too cozy. I then sent photos of my burns by e-mail and we replied to put biaffin. Result of the races I do not recommend it. The only positive point is the welcome and your good.

Warning !! I carried out laser sessions with Dorcteur THIRION, during my last session in April 2018 it burned me then I found myself with clearly visible spots, during all this time I was followed with Mrs. Thirion who m 'said that the spots would go away, that I had to wait, I could see that the spots were not going away so I resumed my appointment on August 5, 2020 at the laser center and the shock, the doctor confirmed to me that the spots will never go away and will not offers no solution or excuse or even compensation.
I decide a few days later to contact the director of the center, the secretary tells me that he will call me back, seeing who does not call me back I decide to call back and the secretary says to me "the director said he will not call you back. see with the Doctor "but the Doctor can do nothing more for me, except that the day he saw the notice that I posted at that time he called me back and asked me to remove the notice with a your threatening and authoritarian he tells me that the spots are not on the face so basically it's okay I find it unacceptable.

Condemned to live with when the results are none because I only did one session when it was needed at least 3.

I went there to have a small red angioma removed from my nose ... Results: a few months later the angioma was even more visible than before.
I go back by expressing my dissatisfaction, Dr. PETIT passes me the laser ... 6 months later the angioma was still not gone and was even seen more and more.
70 euros spent for nothing ... and especially to have an even more visible stain on my nose.
It has been over a year and I blame myself for having gone to this center without having consulted opinions before.
In addition the attitude of Dr. PETIT is unacceptable. She treats you with the laser without saying anything to you, explaining, then leaves the room always the same without saying anything to you. You find her outside when she leaves, smoking her cigarette, barely if she says goodbye ...

I am disappointed with the work after at least 7 sessions for telangiectasia of the nose the doctor told me what could not do better I went to do a dermatologist who found that the work was very average with her in 2 sessions practically all disappeared and everything its for 150 euros you its cost me almost 900 euros not very honest. It was a disaster being There, It took 3 hours to find the place but in the end I was really disappointed and pissed. I went there on 27th of January 2018 around 15h. I wanted to get informed about the process and prices but the lady at the reception insulted me as if there are not other laser centres in paris. I asked dozens of questions and she only replyes '' I don't know" if you don't know nothing about your center then what are you doing at the reception??? Than she said the doctor can tell you everything. I asked when can I see the doctor and she replyes" I don't know" when I was leaving the doctor came and I stopped myself for a second but she didn't tell the doctor that I need to talk about treatment. Worst experience of my life. If the receptionist is that stupid I can imagain the treatment in the center.

I came to perform a Hydrafacial treatment that I had recently heard about. I was really won over by the care, my complexion was really luminous, which is not unpleasant in the current period. The treatment is very pleasant and very well explained at each step by Manon. Very reasonable price ....

Bad experience. After 5 session results. I go after the dermatologist's prescription for 6 sessions.
The hair grows back 5 weeks after my last session (really disappointed).

I contact the center which asks me to add an additional session in order to have the expected result (permanent hair removal).
A few weeks after this session the hairs grow back no results.

The center still recommends me one session, I am at 8 sessions when I had 6 prescribed sessions. Still no results.

I remind you of my situation being a student. I save hard to pay for these sessions having a complex reel I have no results.

I go back to see a new doctor belonging to the center. So this is the height, I am stuprfaite. Faced with the result obtained by the sessions, none. The new doctor explains to me that my old doctor who has practiced all the sessions for 8 months. Is not talkative enough is that the result obtained so hair always present when you ask for permanent hair removal is the best result I can have.

The speech is not at all consistent why make me resume sessions if the permanent hair removal does not exist. A doctor who is not talkative enough but guarantees you results when quoting. So clearly there is a problem of prescription, monitoring and support.
