This hospital is our area hospital always taken good care of my family well. They do their best to get you what you need and are caring. Healthcare is a hard field to work in. The Dr.s and nurses and all of the staff have to deal with what ever and who ever comes thru their doors..overall they do it very well.
I got both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine at CentraState. The staff there were wonderful and helpful from beginning to end! Everything was very organized and quick, and they provided info pamphlets and papers for patients as well.
Went in at 7:30 am and got out around 10ish, the entire staff was very helpful and polite. Experiences may vary but I was helped very quickly and got in and out and still have the rest of my day. Thankyou to the staff and doctors.
While there are some good people that work at this hospital the reason why the reviews are so bad is definitely employee based. Today i had the unfortunate luck to encounter Lynn Cannon at the visitor check-in. Lynn seems to be an unfortunate soul whose lot in life seems to be to make others miserable. Sadly the people she encounters are people coming to see their sick loved ones and this is the last thing they need which was my experience today. Lynn was rude, condescending, and made an easy situation horrific and difficult. Very disappointed
The best saved my mothers life ,,, when all I ll say is no one else could. She was overdosed on a wrong medication at a different hospital , they took her anyway even though she came through ER , treated her immediately a lovely RN I wish I could remember her name treated her like her own mother!! I m eternally grateful and have long meant to say THANK YOU and God bless this hospital and it s devoted loving staff. God bless every one of you .
If I could give negative stars I would. This "hospital" is the worse. They charged me a crazy amount of money for an outcome of me going to a different hospital. This place should be shut down. Staff is very rude as well
Great hospital, had all 3 of my kids delivered and multiple surgeries perform for myself and family here. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend!
My youngest son was admitted there after suffering from a concussion after hitting the cement floor at his job. My son was prescribed a pain med constantly and when it was time to be released my husband who has since retired as a Paramedic had insisted that he not be given pain meds so much to the attending Dr. he still tried to give him a prescription for them.
I had surgery today and all of the nurses were amazing! They comforted me that I was in good caring hands.
