Several times I contacted CVOM about my driving license that was missing and that was the fault of the police. The CVOM ladies were very friendly and helpful, especially Mrs. Kinsma and Mrs. Kuis, thank you for your support.

You call them make an appointment. Then you discover that they do not comply with the agreement. Call you again they say that it is not possible. Little weird 2 different rules through the same instance.
