Great service from Paul, Central Wheels who are to Cerakote the cylinder barrel and expansion chamber on my Bultaco Sherpa

Order rim and spokes for "new brake front hub" for my Vincent. Excellent service, interaction and delivery. Great team and great company!

First time I have used this company and from start to finish the whole experience has been faultless. Wheels completed to an excellent standard and in a quicker time than initially quoted. Colleagues were happy to give advice and suggestions about their products for me to make an informed decision. Will be using them in the future for my next projects.

Wrong rim sent out to my wheel builder, a rim that doesn't exist and is still being sold on the website. Kind enough to offer to rebuild the rim around the right one but decide against it and instead buy another rim to match the rear and have it built around a hub by CWC as to have matching wheels.

Six weeks pass and a wheel arrives without the bearings or spacer they were sent in with after reminding them when giving invoice details (Which was fractionally discounted for the messing around). Contact the next day and they're sent out. When they arrive, put them in the front wheel and the kicker?

Whoever was doing the truing job was clearly DRUNK and/or sight impaired as giving it a moderate spin on the spindle has the rim wobbling side to side...

Now will have to yet again pay somebody to fix something which should have been done right in the first place.

Definitely a far cry from the quality service I had received last year.

I bought new rim and spokes for my Triumph TR5T, happy with the quality and service. Would recommend.

Excellent Customer Service, I made an error when ordering new spokes & nipples, Ordered the wrong size spoke, Central Wheels gladly accepted the spokes back and replace with the correct size spokes. Will definatly be doing business with them again in the near future.

Paid CWC to supply components and build my wheel. Had the bike MOTd and was picked up on loose spokes. CWC did offer to remedy but I'd have had to wait in for a 4 to 6 hour collection window and have the bike off the road while the wheel was returned and sorted. To be honest if they can't get it right first time I'd rather pay to get it done locally, while I wait, have the bike straight back on the road and not have the worry about whether CWC quality control fails again.
Based on my experience I can't recommend them and won't use then again.

Don't be fooled by the 2-3 week dispatch time claim. Very poor delivery time for wheel rims and spokes ordered and paid for over 6 weeks ago and still waiting. No response to emails. Needs to do much better for their customers.

I was very impressed with the quality and quick turnaround. Very helpfully staff but I was told over the phone I could have my wheels polished and when I got there after stripping them down found out I could only have powder coated wheels.
