This hospital is by far the most hostile medical facility my family has received medical attention from. Please consider other options before choosing to subject yourself or family members to the staffing at this facility.

CWH is simply the best hospital I have ever had to deal with. We just visited an in-patient who extolled their quality service. I, myself, recovered from a traumatic accident there and can confirm that they give the best care. How can I not be grateful? They saved my life.

I was there at ER with my three months baby. The nurse seemed not happy with her job. The waiting time on the waiting room didn't bother me. The doctor did his job very professionally. I thanked him. My baby needed to take a medicine and I needed help to do so. The nurse was very unprofessional and rude, no smile at all. She decided to help me and asked me to hold my baby very rudly while I was already holding her. My baby spelt some medicine all over her neck. She grabbed the towel which was very rough, and rubbed it on my baby's neck. The reason of my visit was that my baby had sever rashes all over her body specially on her neck. I asked for a compliment form at discharge, they didn't have one. At least they provided me a phone number to file a complaint.

I was there last week for round one of two of my hip replacement surgery, I ended up having to stay 2 days, every single nurse and Doctor who was on my team was totally awesome!! the level of care was over and beyond the call of duty I look forward to seeing them for my next surgery soon.
With great big thanks to them and to my husband I'm well on my way to a speedy recovery here at home from surgery number 1#. I could never have asked for a better medical team to work with me thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.

I went in today for my 1st Covid vaccine shot today at the hospital. Totally professional, fully staffed crew getting it done right. What stood out for me the most was the positive, upbeat attitude, you could see the smiles shining right through the masks. Excellent job by everybody there!

These folks have some stressful, thankless jobs. I commend the staff of Confluence Health for all that they do from the management to housekeeping to pharmacists to security to food services. The staff deal daily with angry and sometimes violent individuals, overdoses, mental health patients, suicidal people and the list goes on. The Security team is awesome, super funny and very helpful. Thank you Confluence Health staff!

My wife and I brought our 2 year old here and she was obviously uncomfortable and scared to be there in the first place. They wouldn't let both of us go back with her because "Covid regulations." Asked to talk to a manager and same thing. My wife went back with my daughter and I waited in the lobby where there was NO ONE in there besides a couple people briefly checking in. The guy at the front switched out with someone who sat there and watched me for about half hour and said nothing. Just me in the lobby. Then a group of 4 people walked in to check the status of someone who had come in by ambulance. This guys tells the people they have to leave and can't even wait in the lobby. They must go outside or in their car to wait. He then walks over to me and says that applies to you too. You need to either go outside or wait in your car. I said that I am waiting for my wife and two year old daughter that are in the back right now. He told me again i need to wait outside or in my car while I was in an empty lobby. On 100 degree day. On 4th of July. That one star is because the nurse taking my wife back carried her bag for her. Nice customer service at a place people don't want to be in the first place

I was in the waiting room for over an hour. That's normal for an emergency room. I presented with acute pain and radiculopathy. It was hard for me to sit still and wait. The Triage staff was very good. The screener at the door was professional.
The ladies behind the glass in admissions were laughing and carrying on about their chipotle lunch delivery and their lives in general. All the while, their patients were in pain and parents were trying to comfort injured children. Unprofessional at best.
I was brought to the back and listened to several patients conversations with their doctors for over an hour... also unprofessional and many HIPA violations.
I left, disgusted, without being treated.
The Director of Nursing and the Attending Physician should have remedial training in leadership, Hipa regulations, personal communication and bedside manners. Feel free to contact me if you need more context.
