Absolute worst company I have had the displeasure of attempting to work with. Avoid at ALL COSTS unless you enjoy spending an inordinate amount of time on hold, arguing over large charges taken out of your account for compliance issues you have completed or are not even due yet. Everyone is our office just got hit with $100 charge (over $500 total) for a compliance form that s not due for 20 more days and was sent to a FORMER EMPLOYEE who isn t even an owner. No one currently at our office even received the forms. This is the THIRD YEAR in a row this has happened to us. They say they have the lowest fees which they don t. Our whole office is in the process of trying to disconnect from this fraudulent company with terrible customer service. I will more than likely have to change my accounts so they no longer can have access to my money. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I can t stress this enough- and if you re from central payment reading this, please don t comment asking me to call so we can discuss this rating and my complaints. I ve already been on hold for the past 15 min after being hung up on while on hold 2 times and it s not like you have ever actually addressed our concerns in the past.

I am extremely disappointed. I took ALL the steps as said that was needed to cancel, but STILL got charged $18 and some change, with a company that I'm not even using anymore! (Central payment) All of my other co-workers got charged as well. Funny that everybody cancelled at the same time, but each one of us got a different charge to our bank account this past week. I have the exact date and amount that was taken out of my account, and the exact date I cancelled. (And so do all my co-workers) Makes me sick that the company is stealing money from myself and my co workers, or just down right can't get it together. I will get this money back from them one way or another. It may be a insignificant amount to others, but it's the morale I'm speaking of. I took ALL of your difficult steps to cancel, and still got charged. Don't make cancelling for people so hard, and MAYBE you will start to get some good reviews.

Worst company to do business with. Tons of hidden fees, they drag their feet FOREVER if/when you try to cancel. We tried out their service for two months, after being promised the 'best rates'. It was baloney. The rates were higher than our other processor, and Central Payment tacked on dozens of hidden/useless fees. After one month we got the report back on fees charged etc. stopped using them, called up to cancel our account and sent back their equipment. That was late 2017. (I thought we'd have to pay for the second month since the equipment was being shipped back the 2nd month.)

Here it is, May of 2018, and I still am seeing charges from Central Payment being posted to our account. Now they're saying they didn't get our letters from Feb. cancelling. (after we'd sent other faxes cancelling in 2017, and then noticed charges still coming through) They charged $85 this month to do nothing. This is the worst credit card processing company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would recommend ANYONE else.

Their rates (after all the secret fees were tacked on) were worse than Square, who at least are easy to use and offer customer service that tries to solve your problem, instead endless excuses as to why you can't cancel.

This company and their specifically their Rocky Mountain regional director Daniel A. Telley are the biggest bunch of crooks I have displeasure of doing business . This liar came into my business with supposedly straight forward processing plan printed on his business card that promised low flat rate fees. What a joke, I signed up based on this guys integrity, big mistake, this company and this guy totally lack this once treasured trait. They are just crooks plain and simple. They stole my hard earned money and refused to make any attempt to make things right.

Since canceling my service with Central Payment in...

Since canceling my service with Central Payment in July, I had to seek refunds for several months of service fees that hit after my cancellation. Last week (on 2/7) they deducted almost $400 for a card reader that I returned to them. The company has since confirmed that they have the equipment and stated I am owed a refund, but after that, I haven't heard from anyone. Nobody will return my emails and I have spent HOURS (literally) on hold without reaching anyone. My bank is now involved in disputing the transaction and I've filed a complaint with BBB. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible service, all calls are directed to the Philippines and the operator's are not helpful or knowledgeable. They get you with hidden fees and then offer to refund you small percentages back, as if they are doing you a favor.

I wish I could give 0 star. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Three years ago I was assured that I won't be charged with annual fee but recently I was charged with PCI Non-Compliance Fee of $125.00 instead of $19.95. The customer service on the other end didn't refund me the whole amount and instead told me to give only $50.00. This is just not fair. Please don't go to this central Payment (TSYS) company. Worst Company EVER!!!!

They did not contact us at all when a customer disputed an order and just refunded the charge without any investigation to ask if it was a legitimate charge.

Without investigating the charge back, our company lost $670.

Central Payment allows thieves to steal from you.

That customer changed their phone number and won't answer our calls. There's not much we can do but file a police report.

I have used Central Payment Systems for a number of years and in the beginning my Rep was AWESOME! Her name was Debbie Woodruff. Couldn t have asked for a better rep at all. Since starting my new business a few years ago and the card processing thru my bank being not so stellar I reached out to Central Payment for service because of the prior service being good. This time it has been Terrible! The rates have went nuts, the rep wrote me up as a DBA not a corporation which we handled and was taken care of but the ball was dropped on their end. My mistake was taking their word everything was fixed and handled. Fast forward 6 months as I am a pretty busy person and don t scrutinize my statements. I caught on they never fixed anything and have withheld almost $10k! I have spent several hours on hold because wait times are astronomical and no one cares to give a call back. As of now we are $13k and 8 months in. This was once a very good and affordable company to be in business with. Not so much anymore I m afraid. I m lost for words on the whole situation. I am still a customer with central Payment and the withholding has finally stopped but I cannot seem to be able to get my $13,000 refunded after 2 months, several phone calls, and emails later.

Worst processing company I've had the displeasure of working with. Customer service does little to nothing with complaints. I was given the run around when attempting to cancel my account. And charged with fees that I was NOT told about. I was only told of the restocking fees and any applicable fees IF the equipment came back damaged. Equipment was not only professional cleaned, it was professionally shipped, so I know without a doubt NO damaged was incurred. Some hidden fees that had nothing to do with restocking or damage was added to my cancellation process with no explanation! I'm in yet another runaround fighting to get my money back. Please, please, PLEASE, go with another processing company. Central Payment is not the way to go. Especially for small businesses.
