Stephanie the manager there was very unkind and unprofessional. She told me she would be taking the cat back because I set up an appointment and they couldn t do it today and they would call animal control on me. Tired of the bs service. Don t go here. Worst customer service by Stephanie.

Scheduled an appoint for the next day to meet this handsome guy and about 30 minutes later i paid 30 bucks, thanks to their "block head" block party special discount, they handed me a bag of food his medicine for the next few days, his chip info, and a pamphlet for signing up for insurance and sent me on my way. This big guy is enjoying his home so far. Hes well mannered and just what i need at this point in time in my life right now. Thank you so much guys!!

These guys really care for animals... They have a wonderful outreach program for low income families and they're a no kill shelter.
We adopted our dog bodhi from the central missouri humane society and they were super helpful and nice. However, when I specifically asked if bodhi had any medical problems, they said not that they know of, but after going through the adoption process they sent us his records and we come to find out he has a chronic fractured incisor and kennel cough. We were aware they sell dogs with some health issues, but still disappointing that we asked multiple times, they said he didn't, but it was in the papers that they specifically had that he did.
