DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! They are bloodhounds for DCS! When we first got them they kept stressing about how their program was VOLUNTARY! But when we realized it wasn't working we told them we didn't want their service anymore, right after that they call DCS and they DEMANDED that we kept them. So after that we had no choice but to keep them and they also went right to dcs over everything they did and we did with each session. Every time we missed an appointment, they went to dcs, if the house wasn't perfect, they went to dcs. They never helped my son that had speech problems, all they did was play with play-doh with him, how is that suppost to help him talk? And when I was going to confront them about it they started canceling session after session until my son reached the maximum age limit for their so-called services. THEY ARE FRAUDS! And I know other people having the same thing happening to them so it wasn't just us. Don't risk you're family by going through them, theres other programs out there thats great and will help, not this one.

SCAM alert!!!! The first thing they evaluate is your income. They know that insurance won't cover whatever it is they do and are ready to squeeze out every penny they can. There are so many actual medical specialists to utilize dont get scammed by these people. It will cost you lots of money and more importantly time your child could be seeing an actual doctor.

My kid loves his therapists and they have helped him a ton.

The only downside is the wait.

I had no disabilities when I went here and they kept saying I had autism and to stay. But several doctors even CONFIRMED I had no autism and was a healthy baby. They did not listen and I was there for a while.

I had a wonderful experience with the evaluation process with Central Indiana First Steps. I was concerned about getting my son evaluated with all the Covid-19 process changes but I received a response within one day. Carlee Bounds from First Steps was on top of everything and was able to go through all the paperwork on the phone and get a Zoom evaluation done that week. I know the process typically takes longer from what I have heard but Carlee was "on it". Thanks for making this process so painless during such a stressful time!
