I am editing this review on account of phone calls I've received from the manager of the WSB account, a Customer Service partner and another board member of Central Holidays. I must state that I hadn't officially filed a complaint about my frustration on how my recent issues were dealt with and yet someone reached out to me. This says a) they do look at the emails I have sent, they monitor it b) they intend to correct the issue and didn't just let go of the situation after I had become quiet about it. They gave a follow-up call again today to ensure that all my issues have been resolved and apologized for how representatives had ill-behaved towards a client, me. They didn't try to give an excuse. To me that takes integrity. They recognized my discontent, and intent on correcting an issue. For that I am giving them 5 stars for having the candor in handling a case like this.

I'm dealing with this agency via WSB for the Israel Trip this year. Their customer service is poorer than the bum on your favorite street corner. Representatives on the phone and I've spoke with several are often rude, if not terse or straight out disrespectful by raising their voice to their client. I'd have to send a couple of emails repeating and restating the issue I have with them replying with the standard response, as if no one was really reading the email and attempting to at least try and understand the issue. Why WSB chose this as the supplier of the tour, one can only guess. They are terrible and arrogant, they say they "are a big company and mail letters will be lost etc." They provide unclear directions and does not take care of their clients after you have started the booking with them.
