Medication for central government employees. Has general as well as few specialist doctors.

Improvement in all aspects should be required like Mumbai wellness centers.

Following up on smart card for around 2 months now. At last got the document but will have to wait for 1 month to get the card from dispensary. Posting wellness center phone numbers.

It is the dispensary only for Central government employees.

Giving good quality medical treatment/ medicine .having testing lab.specialist Doctors etc.

a place for medical facilities to all the central govt serving employees and retired persons.

Poor management, long que's unnecessary delays without any reason spoils the service provided.

1- No helpdesk here. 2- Nobody is there to guide about several procedures about outdoor/indoor treatment.3- Even list of empanelled hospitals is not readily available.4- It is very very difficult to get pathological tests and ecg etc done here. One cannot get a routine blood test done here same day.It may take 3-4 days or a week. 5-There is ample space available in that building. One helpdesk with literature regarding cghs rules and uptodate orders may be made available to beneficiaries if necessary against cost.It will be like a small library.6- There is no proper notice board. Notifications etc are being pasted on the walls. Walls are resultantly spoiled.

It's a Multi speciality hospital. Patients from all the other cghs clinic are reffered for specialist. Take advance appointment before visit. Stff is cooperative and doctors are good.

A Local government hospital/Clinic for residents of Military and defence colonies families.

Very good staff and facilities. Little bit issue with providing information about utilizing the facilities provided here by government. Because of it peoples get little bit confused and get delayed response or service.

CGHS Mukundnagar is located in lane before Zamare Palace.
The staff is experienced and helpful.
They close by 1pm, so be careful and plan before visiting

Quite good hospital cum dispensary for central government serving and retired personnel. For consultation, you should have CGHS card and you have to take appointment on the spot. Number system is there. Different types of specialist available. X RAY and USG/sonography is also there.

This hospital gives free service and medicine for central government employees

I have visited CGHS, WC7 on 20/04/19. It was for memo required for my mother's admissuin for operative procedure for right hip joint. She is 86years old. The doctor asked for package number for the directives given by the hospital doctor without it he exprssed his inability to issue memo. We have to rush back to hospital get the numbers and only thenafter the memo was issued. As patient it was troublesome experience. The doctor could have added the numbers based on description and the trouble would have been less. Need to improve the patient relatiinship and comfort.

Very cooperative staff. I got my work done in few minutes which is not seen in Govt offices.

I have been calling the board line to talk to the card section in an emergency medical situation and I am asked to call in an hour stating " him kya kar sakte hai, Aap aadhe ghante main call kijiye"

I don't think this is the consideration to be given to emergency cases.

Very good service. Very cooperative staff. They can guide everything to everyone. It is very useful to all central government employee as well as pensioners. Consultation, checkup, as well as medical shop is there.

There is information attached in photos for patients having respiratory diseases.

It's good place for senior citizens.. They take care of your health under government scheme

CGHS cards not received even after 8 months of relirement ?? What's the issue with administration?

It is a government run Hospital only for central government employees and their dependent families. The homeopathy Dr. Rao is excellent both in terms of treatment given and courteous behaviour.

CGHS centers are senior citizen unfriendly. The administrative staff is slow, inefficient and don t take pride in the work / service they offer as government employees to the community residents. Soch badlo, desh badlega !!!
