Attended the Asian Lantern festival. It was tremendous. All the displays were made by the artisans in the parking lot over a 2 month period. It ran from November until January 12th. Well worth the time and low cost. I hope it comes again next year.

You have to see it to believe it. A place to get married where you get to play with the animals. There is a lovely gazebo for your ceremony space (and the rental even includes an indoor backup just in case). The event space is natural but big. It includes your tables and chairs but the rest is up to you. They offer two unique experience options for you and your guests including an in-zoo animal photoshoot (can you say giraffe s anyone) and also animal encounters. These up-close meetings with the animals are perfect entertainment for your cocktail hour! This venue is unique and different, perfect for any animal lover!

Because of the time we went, all of the attractions were not available to us. However those that were available really enlightened me on things that I didn't know existed. I took some pictures of some of what I saw. I will share with you.

Me and my girlfriend went, the animals were depressed, the enclosures were small. The price was not worth it. Overall I was highly disappointed. For being a zoo it was small. We walked it in an hour and a half. Not worth the time or money.

Needs more donations & support especially after last storm. No maps are given, but take a picture to make your way through the Zoo.
I still encourage others who live there to volunteer & donate to bring it back to its beauty. It was my first time there, I am from New york city.

Beautiful zoo. We went as 2 families and everyone was happy seeing the animals. The kids enjoyed the playground for a good while as well. The crocodile feeding was terrifying! My favorite was the eagle display. So beautiful!

Great place to getaway for a few hours with the Family. Not a big Zoo but worth the cost. On of the workers at a kiosk have us free bottled water because of the heat. Plus we looked down at the kids water park.

The animals here were not happy. There weren't many animals at all either. No elephants, zebras, gorillas, flamingos, lions, tigers....basically there were 2 bears, a rhino, 2 giraffes, a couple of lemurs, and a bunch of little stuff that wasnt exciting...

Small zoo but excellent experience. The rhino experience is awesome. You get to touch the rhino and talk to the hoofstock caretaker. If you had kids it would definitely be a 5 with the ropes course and activities they have.

Walkways need some attention, more food options needed, and handheld maps to locate exhibits would be helpful. There is a good variety of animals in suitable and attractive habitats, but no elephants. The informational signs at each animal's habitat were interesting and well done. There is a lot for youth to enjoy, although some events may come with an extra price tag. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. We took the Sunrail to Sanford and choo choo to the zoo. Senior discount offered at 60.

First time visiting this zoo. It's a smaller zoo, great splashpad for younger children, nice clean walkways. However, some enclosures were depressing, much too small for the animal it held. Most depressing was the leopard that just paced back and forth, it was the only activity it could do. It was really unfortunate to see.

Wonderful zoo for all ages. The atmosphere is peaceful walking along beautifully landscaped boardwalks to see so many animals like giraffes, cougars, bears, birds, snakes etc. The highlight was getting to feed a giraffe!

They have a great big splash pad that I wish I had known about prior to going because we could have spent all day there. The botanical gardens weren't that impressive. You can feed the giraffes which was really fun. They have a miniature train that goes through part of the Park which my nephew loved. They had a petting zoo area with goats! I would go back again.

Loved it. Awesome experience for the family. Great friendly staff. We completed both the Upland & Rainforest courses. It is a true obstacle course in the air w/sum zip lines that will work you. Was a little concerned for my 8 yr old doing it but he worked thru the courses like a champ. No concerns for my daredevil 13 yr old. Will do it again.

They are growing and this is a fun quick getaway to do something different. They are though in the middle of expanding so some exhibits may be closed... (never understood the train, fun but this one doesn't even go around the zoo???)
