This traditional department store is trying hard to stay cool and relevant but its age is showing. On the plus side, you can find almost anything you need here from groceries to bedding.

It is an old department store. Open since I was a child. About 50-60 years old Through all development Throughout the past period Spacious place Many products covered in service. The car park is convenient. Free parking is long enough to walk to buy various products.

Unbelievable selection of food, taste varies by dish, but the concept and value are unmatched. Also nice to get wine at regular retail prices, but they don't serve alcohol between 2-4pm.

A highly articulated shopping center, it is expressed on several levels and on two buildings connected. Find EVERYTHING!

This place is excellent for hi-end shopping with connected sky walk to central embassy. However, central chitlom itself is small and has only few restaurant. Traveler should expect only central's own store without plaza. (unlike other central department stores, which contian many individual shops and restaurants in plaza area.)

Central Chidlom... thank you very much in providing staff to call for the taxi....its really a wonderful service especially with so many shopping bags.

Also prevents so many unruly people that cuts the queue and rush infront to get a taxi.

Increase your product price to pay for the staff to continue providing this service......

Wonderful shopping area

Central Chidlom is a great place to shop as long as you just want to buy, and do not seek after sales service,being quite a regular traveler to Bangkok and being a shopaholic,i always end up buying something or the other at Central chidlom,likewise i was in bkk in august'18 and bought lot of clothes for myself and my kids i specifically bought a few "Cheq" Brand clothes and this is not the first time i bought, i like their cuts and prints so have a few of their collection in my wardrobe,which i bought from the same place ,so i bought a tshirt and a shirt from the said brand and on my way back i claimed the VAT Refund and once you claim the vat the bill is held with the department and not given back after the claim, so once back in india i used both of the clothes just once and after a single wash it completely shrinked atleast by 2 size smaller,after spending 5000THB on these two apparels i was not able to use it more than once,and to put things to prespective a Tshirt i bought from platinum mall for 200THB lasted more than 10 wash,fast forward Dec'18 i was back in bangkok and i got those 2 apparels along to show it at the company kiosk,and to my surprise the kiosk was closed,i went to the customer care to address my problem but they insisted on bill copy,which i clearly did not have since i had claimed VAT and explained them the same but they did not bother to listen, so after shelling out money and all the embarrassment at the service desk i just left my clothes and walked out, though i am never gonna be done with Bangkok or my shopping i am sure done with Central Chidlom.

Up-scale mall that s got everything you need without having to walk several kilometers if you instead went to bigger shopping malls in the same district like Central World or Siam Paragon (well, several kilometers was just a joke...but you get my point). It s also easily accessible by the metro - located right next to Chit Lom BTS station.

It was a great help because it is rich in power supply fork, wall-mounted clock, and a small kind of home electronics accessories.

My favorite department store in Bangkok. Not as big as some of the mega malls like Paragon or Central World. But you pretty much get everything here and then some. Also, the Loft Food court on top of the department store offers a large selection of Thai / Asian and western cuisines.

Luxurious but too small, recommend to visit Central Embassy as well

We go down twice per month as I love the prepared broiler chicken, the pancetta pork and glazed ham. The section of Italian cold cut meats and pepperoni sausage is top rate. The bakery is first class as is the selection of international cheese. Its not bargain basement but its not outrageous compared to other western style markets

The appearance of the building, the size of the floor, the low ceiling, etc. make you feel the times, but there are Thai wealthy people who have been using them for generations, so it is elegant. You can also see the residents of nearby Soi Luang.
The hotel's food court and supermarket are also popular with tourists.

If you are looking for a great supermarket for your western food needs, this is the place to go. A hotspot for expats living in the Chidlom vicinity doing their grocery shopping.

There are many of the malls around and I was roaming in all of them. In this mall you can find kind of holiday market or fair where you can buy products at a cheaper price. Fully value for money when I made the purchase. you can find everything in this mall. Thumbs up.

Grade A branch of Central Group Have a good product Higher quality and price than other branches Super has a lot of variety of tasty treats. Many appetizing. And there are many imported products

The first modern mall of Bangkok seems to be living off of old glory. There is no spark here, no excellence we see in Siam Paragon, Central Embassy or EM Quartier. Just business as usual... :-(

Good place for shopping and getting food at the lowest floor (Top Market) I believe.

The way to Embus is no way. The cart is very dangerous.

Nationalist Convenient transportation There are many fruits and foreign products.

You can find it all, have food etc..plus it is in the shopping district and connecting to bts train

Delicious food, good atmosphere, peaceful corner, suitable for meeting friends and family.

Easy to go from the BTS station, and has a lot of high end products

Probably one of my favorite places to relax. The food court on the first floor has some very fine restaurants (including a Four Seasons outlet). The supermarket contains items from all over and is kept in great condition.

The top floor also has a food court, but is in a different atmosphere. Basically it s a relaxing lounge with good music.

In between those floors, there are various things to shop and look at. I come here quite often (sometimes Chidlom, sometimes Embassy).
