I ordered two units from CCI for use on a Tuesday and I was told they would be picked up Wednesday. They were not. I called Wednesday and they said they would be picked up Thursday. They were not. I repeated this process all week and today it is Sunday. There are still porta potties in my business' outdoor area. We had an event today and guests complained about the stench. I cannot aptly describe the lack of care and professionalism that I experienced in contacting Daniel Clemons, their National Account Manager or the frustration I feel towards a business that completely fails to do what they say they do. In failing to do their job, they made my job harder and ruined an event I had spent 2 months planning. To any and all thinking about patronizing this business, DO NOT WORK WITH COAST TO COAST. It is one of the worst experiences I have had as a professional in the food and bev industry.

I recently went to the SLO Marathon and CCI had their portable toilets at the event. Everything was kept very clean throughout the day and overall I was really impressed. Thanks for providing clean facilities for the runners!
