The state should step in and see to it this company is run to a much higher standard!! This company has to many outages and it takes them way to long to respond. There billing is also lacking. It is a shame that this company is so poorly run because the people have no choice or say who they get there power from. Makes you feel helpless and they know it the sad part is they know you don't have a choice so don't expect them to change. They have you over a barrel and don't care!

Literally the worst power company! If it rains to hard or the wind blows just right we lose power! You can never get anyone on the phone to talk to. All automatic services. Currently have been without power for 20 hours. We had three, yes THREE calls stating our power had been restored when it in fact hasn't. I know they cannot help the amount of high volume of power outages during storms. But it sure would be nice and reassuring to actually talk to someone about the problems and get an ETA on when you will have power again!

We have had CEAC for years. I love them. When they are outages, our power is never out for very long. They get right on it and get it back on ASAP. Their online bill pay is easy to use. If you need to call them, they are helpful and courteous. I have No complaints and have been their customer since 2003!!

Going on our 4th day without power. Yet just up the street, those with Alabama Power got their power back 2 days ago. Someone else wrote "literally the worst power company." Yes.

I finally got my internet and it is awesome. 200 mbs is super fast. Now that is upload and download. If you look at spectrum I get 100mbs download but only 10 MB s upload. It is definitely a win win.

I want to give out a big shout of THANKS to all the power men and women for all the work they are doing.

Very, very poor service as my mom s lights in Selma have been out since 1:00 pm today with no estimated restoration time. The only thing that Jamie at central call center said was to have your plan in place. It is now 7:30 pm and still no estimated restoral time and still no lights.

I just left from trying to pay my bill at the drive thru window after sitting there for 15 mins hitting the call button repeatedly while two were around and seen me but never came.
