Definitely a must when here in New York! idyllic, peaceful space in the middle of such a bustling city. Cycling, jogging, softball, picnic, people-watching, outdoor movies, you name it, you can do it here. Loving this place!

The whole city was not going to e the same if the park was not there. I like the drastic change in just a couple of minutes. It really difficult to get out of the park if you are somewhere in the center of it. Great way to see it is with a bike, you can rent one.

Central Park at any time is such a beautiful place that you could wander through for hours, however, if it snows in New York, I HIGHLY recommend going to Central Park straight away. I made our visitors go that evening as they were going to go the next day to see it in the snow (when the snow had melted). It is truly magical and the city backdrop is stunning

A great place for a walk. So much nature in such a busy big city. There are many ways to engage in the park. Sports activities, carriage rides or just a picnic. Central Park is rightly called the lung of New York. Many people go jogging, meditating or cycling here.
The park looks exactly like you know it from movies which take place in NY.

Visited Central Park and enjoyed a horse and carriage ride which was superb. Great way to get round the huge space whilst being given a guided tour of the landmarks and famous movie sets including Strawberry Fields, fountain from Friends, bridge in Elf where they had the snowball fight and building where John and Yoko lived and Yoko still does. We would never have known all of this without our guide. Such a pleasant way to travel around. I loved seeing the hundreds of different nationalities all doing their own thing, sightseeing like us, wandering around, cyclists, joggers, dog walkers and people whizzing through on roller blades or motorised scooters. Loved it all.

Wonderful place. It has so many histories and places to see that I would recommend the guided tour with the buggy guys that offer the service around the park. I have been there during the winter and It was magical. I will come back one day during the summer as it might be even more beautiful. Go with time to spend and enjoy every moment. The cart ride is a bit pricey but worth every cent.

Was nice people keeping their social distance . Just didn't like the bicyclist riding full speed and not obeying the stop lights at pedestrian crossing. Need police to enforce that. Other wise everything else was good.

You don't need a review to recommend your visit. JUST GO. It's an unbelievably perfect oasis that gives the perfect break from the urban jungle. Try to visit all the must-see places! And sneak in a photoshoot, if you have time, like we did. You'll want to remember the trip, and the park makes for excellent backgrounds for our wall decor.

Central park was amazing. It's so peaceful and gigantic. Everything is well laid out. From the walkways, to the benches, the trees and the grass. There's a great deal of space. So you don't feel like everyone is on top of each other. It also provides awesome picnic areas, dating destination, even marriage proposal location and just about any other outdoor activity you can think of. Plus the rich history that's behind the park, is a bonus. It's a blast

Huge park. It's great that is in the middle of the city. Every city should have a big park in the middle. Humans need to be more in touch with nature not less. In here you can have a break from the busy City Life.

I like Central Park but because we are in Fall season didn't look as pretty as usual. But they added like a flea market Gift shop for the holidays, right by 59 st Main entrance. Its pretty cool. Skating ring is open as well.

This park is huge. It's so full of activities that it can accompany the large number of people who make use of it, even on a cold day. The park was completely clean and free of harassment from any sort of vendors. It was a very peaceful retreat in the center of the one of the best cities in the world.

Very impressive introduction of nature into the middle of one of the biggest cities in the world. Still noisy but one of the best places to gather to relax, workout, enjoy art, shop, or just breathe fresher air than is available in most of NYC.

One of the best parks in the world, best part of Manhattan.
There is literally everything here, zoo, events, pool, reservoir, events, theatre, tennis courts, volleyball, baseball courts, animals.
Simply amazing.

You can spend here literally the whole day how huge that park is, but everyone knows that. Still, once you are there, it is even bigger than imagined. It definitely deserves the nickname "green heart of Manhattan" because it is, it's full of life, so much green, so many animals, lakes, bridges, so much of everything that you forget in what huge city you are. Also, you don't hear any noise from the streets, or maybe you just shut your ears to enjoy the nature.

A must see place. This breathtaking piece of nature in the middle of all that brick, mortar and concrete is so relaxing. Please don t miss out on a walk around, cut through or carriage ride in this beautiful park. So many sites to see in this place there is something for everyone. When I m in the city, I go there with my morning coffee and my breakfast pick of the day. Nothing is better then watching the ducks down by the Bethesda fountain. This area is one of my favorites, the Bethesda Terrace is the area around the fountain and I recommend you go down the center staircase into the main mall the inside murals are a true site to see.

Love this place. My favorite free thing to do in NYC. Beautiful views, bike paths, easy access to food all around and great photo ops. I'd take half a day to explore everything it has to offer as there is even a zoo in there. On the other hand you could do morning runs in different parts of the park for a less overwhelming experience.

So much bigger than you think it will be. So stunning! We went gere on christmas day, sich a nice stroll, still very busy. Love all the little stands, the pretzels are so good! We loved the John Lennon memorial, there was a musician there singing his songs and the Beatles songs and you can see the appartment where he lived from the memorial.

It's a must visit iconic park. Everyone is aware of social distancing and wearing facemask. Beautiful peaceful scenery, awesome place just to walk and enjoy the scenery. Dispute Columbus Circle being fenced off with steel police barricades, it still doesn't take away from its beauty.

On one hand, it's a great park with great design. On the other hand, it's packed with ultra-rich NIMBYs.... What can you do, it's Manhattan. If you have the means check out a REAL park in Corona Meadows or Forest Park.

What's not to love about Central Park? I wish all cities had a huge park in the middle of the city.

This is a frequent visit when we come to NYC. You could easily get lost for hours.

This most recent time we spent about an hour. Even in the middle of winter it's gorgeous. It was actually nice because there were less people around since it was cold.

I think it goes without saying, but this is a must visit in NYC. Make sure to allocate enough time to really enjoy it.

Beautiful, historic, clean. So many landmarks to see and enjoy, from feeding ducks at the multiple lakes to the carousel, to the bridges, fountains, zoo, horse carriage rides. Recommend you take a half day or most of fun day if you want to see all, but be prepared to walk long. There's various street attractions to see as well along the way.

We found the Mandarin duck! We found him about five minutes after entering the park. Being on vacation I really wanted to see if we could find him before we left the city.

He's so handsome!

The park is really beautiful. The weather was nice so lots of people were enjoying the views. It's hard to imagine how large this park is, because we walked around for a while and didn't see half of it. Really it is something else. To be standing by a pond with relative quiet and surrounded by cars and skyscrapers and millions of people. Truly an experience

I'm not generally a fan of big cities, so when visiting NYC for a friend's wedding, Central Park was a very welcome break from the sensory overload of Manhattan.

Plenty of paths to walk, areas to explore, monuments to discover and places to just sit and chill. The zoo is worth a visit - it's small, but that means you don't need to dedicate a day to it, just a couple of hours.

One of the best parks that I ever see. Truly amazing and very big. Try to walk add much as possible for an end to the other. Stay on grass - it's amazing. Take photos with an outstanding view of the park and Manhattan's skyscrapers. At sunset you can see fire flies. :) You can go back with the subway and the end of the tour if you want a faster return, specially line D which has a single stop, not all the 7 I guess. Try to bring some water and some food with you.

I really love Central Park. It's beautiful and has a plethora of walking paths. I wish there was more signage though, because getting lost and turned around is a real issue, and I'd rather not have to be on Google Maps the whole time.

Iconic, peaceful, an amazing repose in a city full of hustle and bustle. We went for a bike ride and got lost, but also saw so many corners of the park we wouldn t have seen on foot. Baseball diamonds, rowing, strolling and cocktails can be found here. The ultimate city park.

This is one of the best park in the world. So big, beautiful . It s literally just enormous.
But I 100% agree, that we need more police presence in the park, many crimes happen in the North part of it...

There s always been something magical about Central Park, regardless of it is the spring, summer, winter or fall. It s always a great place to spend the day. People watch, hang out, ride a boat, get lunch, go for a stroll, exercise, check out new museums and see the zoo. Always something fun and exciting is going on! I will always love this place dearly with my heart. A must stop for every time I visit the city. Until next time Central Park.
