Have had nothing but great service by these hard working health care workers everytime been there. Cannot understand the low average. Maybe you're expectations are beyond reality.

I m not sure who the medical assistant/nurse was who checked me and my roommate in for our Covid tests, but she was outstanding. She was friendly and informative and went above and beyond when she knew I had lost my password for MyChart. I m sure she has seen some pretty tough patients recently and it s hard to be at work on a beautiful Saturday afternoon anyway, but if there was anything at all troubling her, we d never know. Thank you for your dedication to improving the lives of Jackson County residents!

How seeming wonderful of you to throw monkey wrenches in so that my call to you doesnt work! Ofcourse the woman who answered really heard me and ofcorse I know my own phone number but you pretend this all isnt so!

Awesome Dr. Rizwan is Amazing! And the lab staff is wonderful! Very small staff with a small home like feeling!

Nearly every experience I've had at this location has been horrible. This morning I had an appointment for 9:30. I arrived a few minutes early. The lady in front of me told the MA she had an appointment at 9:30 with the same doctor as me. I was informed that the doc had 2 appointments for 9:30. Why is this allowed? I waited for a while but left without seeing the Dr. I expect to have to wait but this is unreasonable. 30 minutes in the waiting room and then another 30 to 60 minutes waiting in a tiny windowless room for the Dr. to actually get to you is unacceptable. Any trust between patients and caregivers is destroyed by the time you actually get to see someone.

When you do get to see someone, they have obviously never reviewed your chart and medical history beforehand. This is unprofessional in my opinion. It must have been casual Friday because all the employees looked like they were dressed for a barn raising. If you have any other options at all, I would advise against going to this location.

The lady is through. But too thorough. Currently on hour 3 of waiting to be seen. Waiting room hot with no toys. They used to have a train table but they removed it. Nothing for kids to read. Terrible. Dont recommend

Went because my wife was having a diabetic problems. Every symptom of the covid check list is why people go there for treatment. They made us feel really uncomfortable with there non professional demeanor. If your that afraid of covid get a new Mcjob.

I've been going to the Center for over 4 years, I've never had a bad experience.
I love my Dr, and trust her completely.
This place is a true blessing for our community.

We always have a great experience. Staff are excellent and Dr. Chen is wonderful with my son. The walk in clinic is great and much quicker than others I have experienced. They also have online scheduling for some areas so I can just book an appointment online through Mychart.
