I found 3 littlelittle cockroaches last night. Service is very good. Compensetion for cockroach is extending checkout to 16:00 plus access club. Water fun park is good.

If had no cocroach, i will rate at 5.

Property is a bit old. Can tell from the bathroom tiles and furniture. Housekeeping needs to be 10x more thorough. Check below the toilet bowl area perhaps? Eww sightings there. There're plenty of entertainment within the property that didn't cost extra which is fantastic. The zulu family club's food need some improvement though. I tried Dusit Thani in Phuket and their food was fantastic altho club is small. Here the food offering pales in comparison.

Great hotel, everything is thought out in the room, good furniture. There is a separate ottoman to watch TV and relax on the balcony. The sea is nearby, a beautiful area, delicious breakfasts.

The water park here is good, the kids like it, but the mattress and pillow have a back pain because it is a hole. Well, on the second night, I told the housewives to find more toppings for me. The set line at night is like having reduced food. Better to eat outside for the price.

I would like thank you to the hotel management for very nice and best experience of our stay. Reception staff was very polite and friendly, Room was amazing, nice decorated, we have fantastic sleep. Breakfast was really big experience so many choices i never seen before and good taste. I will definitely come again and i will recommend you to my friends and clients.

The place is grandiose in a good 5-star location, all rooms overlook the sea. During this Chinese New Year The promotion is very good value, like a free stay, there is a large swimming pool and whirlpool. Water park is fantastic. Seafood dinner buffet is also nice. Kids love chocolate foudue.

The only point is there is no door (just curtain) for shower room so air con come in that makes us chill when shower.

We stayed here last year for a wedding celebration and the whole place is spectacular. From the minute you enter, you will fall in love with the beach resort. There s a lot of things to do, many places to eat and drink. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

The hotel was very nice but the hotel was quite crowded.The club mirage suite has a bathtub and the room was a-bit old.The breakfast was very good and the waterpark is very big.I think this hotel is more good for families than 2 people.

Great water park with lazy pool. My kids love the pools & Sliders so much and can stay whole day. Nice view and close to the beach. The room is fine for me but not that best with toddler since there is no door for bathroon. Only one comment on the slow check in.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have been, indulgent and the kids have lots of employment. A bit far from the heart of Main Avenue. In the taxi about 200 baht. Equal.

Amazing place to holiday with kids. It has separate kids pool area, gaming zone and also a child care facility. The staff is lovely and courteous and there are awesome eating options in the 3 restaurants. Overall the property has a great ambience for adults and kids alike.
