Children like it very much. Suitable for children very much here.

An awesome place with a different twist...food is great and affordable compare to other hotels...loved the experience one star is less as I dint like the bathroom deisgn which was open and a bath tub...people having difficult to climb it would find it really hard. Other than this service is good people are polite and the place is always bright and cheerful.

My family spent 2 nights here. We have 2 young kids (4 & 2 years old) and stayed in the Deluxe Family room on the 17th floor. Modern room and great view. The kids enjoyed the water park at the hotel. Although there aren t that many sliders compared to an actual water park, the ones available are more than enough for kids at this age. The kids playroom was also a nice addition as it provides kids (and parents) with break time without needing to follow them every where.

As for the beach, it is probably one of the nicer beaches in Pattaya. The location is good and it is close to Terminal 21 where you can go for food if you do not want to eat at the hotel.

I m giving this a 4 star as we found trail of ants under the carpet in the bedroom.

Best family hotel in Pattaya. Kids are happy with pools, slides, lazy river, water sports..while parents can chill on beach..great food options also..and walking distance/near the Pattaya shops and restaurants

Ugly building, bland food, big soulless place with poor hygiene around pool, sunchairs, cutlery in the restaurants, and places where you where supposed to sit. In many places really dirty and helped as well by parents letting their children while eating, climbing with shoes on the furniture and fabric to sit on, making it utterly disgusting in places with food and drinks smeared all over...

How many times has the hotel been so good? But managed well The pool is the best. A lot of kids activities.

Attended a destination wedding in this resort. They have all the rooms sea facing and very good beach. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom in the standard room was small in size.

Very good property with awesome view. Rooms were big with separate shower and toilet area. Hotel is located very nearby city area with no traffic. You can easily travel through hotel with arrangement made by them at very nominal cost. If u want leisure stay with relaxing mood this is the place. Only problem is lobby doesn t has air conditioning and Phuket is hot and humid.

Hotel has a great outdoor area, with a large pool and many slides. Unfortunately, the rooms are not clean, mold in the shower, the ceiling has holes, dirty windows and hair from the predecessor. The room service cleaned at most 2 minutes. In addition a lot of Russian as well as Chinese visitors, who are not very friendly or considerate. It is hard for us to sleep at night, because the air conditioning is very loud, in addition, some guests to party on the balcony. We expected much more from the hotel, especially cleanliness. Previously we were in 3 to 4 star hotel in Pattaya and found this to be quieter as well as much cleaner. The shower taps were not cleaned before and the 16 nights! The outdoor area makes the hotel not high quality.

Good service staff, there are quite a lot of activities to do .. The shower room has a mold like a mold, a glass frame, a lot of dust, stay in the room, never stop sneezing.

Great location, huge Swimming pool with big sliders. Hospitality are great. Very suitable for family and great enough for your holiday.

Fantastic service and price. The hotel shuttle takes you to the busy strip so being distance away from central location isn't an issue unless you plan on staying out late. There are a lot of transportation tools available but please note UBER IS ILLEGAL in Thailand. My friends and I were caught by tourist police, no penalty for us but the Uber driver was penalized and license suspended for 2 months according to Google research.

What I love about this resort the most is probably its breakfast and its outdoor swimming facility. It is definitely more family oriented since there are a lot of water slides here and there and the tropical forest theme is definitely an attraction. The portion of the beach that belongs to the hotel was average, not pure sandy beach and the water in Pattaya isn't that clean at all.

If you are thinking of booking this hotel then make sure you book the room facing the ocean! You'll get the moonlight and the reflection off the ocean surface, especially past 10 PM when they shut off the lights to outdoor pool.

It is a good hotel, close to the sea, very suitable for families.
There are many restaurants in the restaurant, and it's delicious.

Beautiful resort.... The architecture is amazing and so are the services. Its got its own private beach and tons of activities, such as rock climbing, pool party etc, are available . Multi cuisine restaurants in the resort itself. You can spend your holiday in the resort itself. Ocean-facing view room highly recommended.

It is a very impressed hotel, one of the hotels.Clean room, beautiful view, see the sea, various and delicious breakfast, there is a full range of activities within the hotel. It is very suitable for families that bring young children to play in the water.

The water park resort is perfect for relaxing with a family. Very fond of swimming.

They upgraded our floor number. Lovely hotel for families especially those with kids as they will love the water park, pool and the very clean beach. Breakfast buffet is very good too. You need to secure the roofs as there was rain leaks at some of the tables. Your staff had a tough time to secure the food from the sudden, unexpected downpour this morning. Just one more feedback is would be nice to have the toilet closer to the bedside and bathroom closer to the entrance side as night visits to the toilet would be better. Also toilet to have exhaust fan or automatic air freshener. These are only small suggestions and should not be taken as feedback as not to stay at this awesome hotel. They even arranged our island tour with snorkeling, underwater walking, jetskiing, banana boat and parasailing with an awesome company at a reasonable price. We loved the staff at the tour company too. Especially Pinoy and Toto. Thank you so much for that lovely experience and for the slightly extended late checkout. I needed it as I was feeling a tad bit dizzy this morning. Excellent front desk staff this morning Ms. Pam. Thank you for the cheerful departure and your bellboys who helped us take and load our luggage too.
We will definitely be staying here on our next visits too.

A rather big hotel but still being a serene place. Rooms are exquisite, but food still need to be improved. A great vacation for me overall.

Good for families. I liked the river. Seafood buttet was excellent.Selection and presentation of puddings was amazing.

Lovely hotel with big, comfortable rooms. Lots of facilities, several restaurants with great food. The main feature is the huge swimming pool with slides and a bar.

Excellent hotel for families with tubing, water slides, several pools and pampering breakfast

Themed resorts. There are a lot of rides (water) in it. There is also an exclusive beach. There are several nice BBQ beach restaurants next to it.

Fresh fruit every day. The shower has a stable pressure of hot water. Good housekeeping. Good autraki, it would be great if the menu alternated every day.

Huge hotel. People everywhere. Crowded pools(for kids), crowded restaurant, but quiet private beach(a block of sand and a piece of water). Very mediocre food choice(street food in a fancy hotel). Not worth paying for the family club. A double room(full amenities but upon request) is as big as a two double except the two double has a bath tub and full amentitied. Only good for families with kids.

The club mirage room has a nice service but the room is quite expensive but it is great and the oasis resturant is sooo yoummy

We visit this place for more than 10 years. They keep in good service and well management due to the Covid-19 situation. We feel warm and safe to spend our vacation with friends and family here. Thank you for your good service and hospitality.

Centara it is well known for its many hotels around Pattaya and also they take care apartments. I have been many times in this hotel for many nice events and also stayed a night here. It is a great value for money for the tourist that want to get away from the down town Pattaya. It is in the North of the city and if you looking for Walking Street you need to take a ride. The main Pattaya beach is at walking distance and from there you can get a cab to Walking Street. The Centara itself is located very close to the beach and the view is stunning.

Breakfast was really bad.Burnt food , stale food with not much of option. Staffs are really rude now. This is my 2nd visit to centara. It has deteriorated like hell.will not recommend this property any more.

Overall good, the room, good view, but a little old, good water park, bad food, both dinner and breakfast, the spa is very good.

Wonderful courteous staff, huge grounds, the ginger and lime buffet was great, with plenty of made to order and delicious seafood and meats.

Great facilities. Amazing staff. Pricey food. Buffet food was brilliant; such a large range for Xmas dinner and seafood buffet. But food from the Coast restaurant wasn t particularly great, unfortunately. It was ok, but felt extremely overpriced for what we got.

We had a short weekend trip with our six-month-old baby. There is a complimentary water park inside the hotel and some play grounds. All of our family enjoyed the stay. The hotel rooms are getting old but the staff and service were attentive despite the peak season of the hotel.
